Pros:

Great location near Newton MRT. Lovely lobby area to sit and relax, they had a piano player in the early evening which I really enjoyed. Nice swimming pool. There is the option to pay for half the day which is great if you have a very late flight. Loved this option. Nice clean rooms.

Cons:

We were going to eat at the hotel one evening downstairs but the buffet was very expensive. Decided to go out instead. Floors of hotel smelt a little musty.

Booking.comda küçük çocuğumuzu da belirtmemize rağmen, bir de yedek yatak belirtmemize rağmen, checkin sırasında ekstra ücret istedi. Burda ya booking.com yanlışlik yapiyor yada sheraton. Aranızda bir bakıp anlaşırsanız bir sonraki misafirler mağdur olmaz bizim gibi.

Fabulous hotel
Pros:

Fabulous staff. Spotless, clean rooms and hotel overall. Lively clean pool with lots of shade umbrellas. Breakfast was great with allergen cards on each food. Could do with some gluten free pastries or similar though. A beautiful hotel. The location is a ten minute walk to orchard road, but need to catch taxi / grab or use mrt across the road to get around.

Day was very comfortable and I would recommend the hotel just a little bit out of town
