Sheraton Towers Singapore Hotel

The staff were lovely!! We celebrated a birthday and they made the birthday girl feel special on both the first and last day of our stay, which was beautiful!!! The pool was a decent size and clean. Breakfast was pretty good and they provided complimentary water bottles daily. The room was spacious and the beds were quite nice. The hotel was very close to MRT (train) station, which was very convenient! Overall, a good stay!

The room bed and pillows were really comfortable. The executive lounge food was very good. The lounge was serene outside of 530pm-730pm. The staff at the breakfast buffet restaurant worked extra hard due to the long weekend. Thank you.

Had a wonderful experience at the Executive Lounge. A special shout-out to Yan Yi, who made our visit truly memorable.
Yan Yi was exceptionally warm, attentive, and professional throughout our time there. Her welcoming smile and thoughtful service made us feel right at home. On top of her great hospitality, her bartending skills are fantastic-the cocktails she made were absolutely spot on!

Had a Great time in The Executive Lounge with great food and great services. I was well served with Yan Yi. So friendly and so attentive. Wasn’t expecting such chaperoning as it was my first experience here and not a VIP nor regular. After my experience here, i know i am going to be regular now. Great job and kudos to Sheraton in hiring the right staff with the right attitude and ready to serve.

The location is great and so is the ambience.The waterfall area in the hotel was amazing!!Special thanks to Michelle and May Hon for taking care of our dinners and coffee in the evening and informing us on all the great things we can explore in Singapore.

I stayed at Sheraton Towers Singapore for a holiday with my two daughters, and as a Titanium Marriott Bonvoy member, this stay was a perfect example of loyalty being truly recognized and valued.

When we arrived, the main lobby check-in counter was very busy. Seeing this, the team kindly ushered us up to the Executive Lounge to check in. Because we arrived quite early, our room wasn't ready yet. That was when Jay, the Executive Lounge Manager, stepped in and made our trip unforgettable. He was exceptionally accommodating and welcoming, and to our delight, he arranged an upgrade for us to the magnificent Royal Suite!

The suite offered incredible space, luxury, and comfort for my daughters and me. The Executive Lounge service throughout our stay was top-tier, making it a wonderful base after exploring the city. Jay and his team went above and beyond from the moment we stepped off the elevator—we can't thank them enough for such a memorable family stay!

A mention to the Concierge team who was always at hand to assist with all our needs especially during the checkin and checkout times as we had a lot of luggage and they made it very smooth going.

Will definitely return here for our next visit.

We recently held our wedding lunch banquet at Sheraton Towers Singapore, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

A heartfelt thank you to Simin for the detailed explanations, flexibility and support from initial enquiry, through planning and till our special day. Everything was well coordinated, and we truly appreciate all the effort that went into making our wedding so memorable. The team even went the extra mile to pack the courses we missed during the banquet, warm them up, and send them to our bridal suite so we could enjoy them after the celebration—a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated.

Thank you also to Thanush and Tommy, our banquet managers, for ensuring the event ran seamlessly, as well as Phyo and Sabri from the AV team for handling the audiovisual setup and coordination with the emcee flawlessly.

We would also like to compliment Chef Tan from Li Bai and the entire culinary team. The food was excellent, and many of our guests shared how much they enjoyed it.

Convenient to MRT stations like newton and orchard. Room service is quite fast when requested for amenities like towels, toothbrush and bottled water.

Stayed at Sheraton Towers for 2 weeks and I must commend the staff at the executive lounge - Brooklyn, Yanyi, Indra and Grace. They have been very service orientated, attentive to clients needs and very helpful overall. They have definitely made my stay enjoyable overall. Thanks again team!

The hotel is located within 5 minutes’ walk. The atmosphere at the executive club lounge was great and the service provided by the club lounge staff was very accommodating and attentive to our requests with Special shoutout to Brooklyn, Jay, Sandra and Yan Yi. The rooms were clean up every day and had all the amenities we needed. The atmosphere in the hotel were great and it’s definitely worth the value you paid for.

Brooklyn, Jay, Sandra, Yan Yi were lovely and very helpful during my stay and visit to the executive lounge. I had a really pleasant experience and would recommend others to try out the service at the lounge:)

It was pleasant stay at Sheraton Tower Singapore in this July. I really enjoyed the great service and chatting during the executive lounge happy hour. Sandra(Ms. Yanyi Jay) made me feel at home and served delicious Singapore Slings cocktail. She is the best!

Our favourite food are Crunchy Praline Cake, Crunchy Rocher Cake, Lapis Sagu and Durian Crumble (can be thicker and sweeter).

I have visited this Hotel many times and its always a pleasure to be here. All the staff is super friendly and helpful, starting from the friendly faces at the entrance, the breakfast area, the room cleaners and last but not least the guys at the Lounge.
