Cleanliness and the staff were friendly. Specially Chef Kelvin Lee ( eggs and noodles station for breakfast). He was so kind and remember how we wanted our eggs to be cooked. The location is amazing.

The Hotel is great for price/value! The room was on 21st floor and it felt cozy, clean and safe!
What I want to highlight is the Lobby Bar employees, Zi Jian, Zarwin and Ellie - great hospitality! Last but not least, I appreciate the service from Sandra, Angela, Moe and Grace in the Executive Lounge. Please continue the good service! ☺️

We have been staying at this hotel almost every month since September/October, and it consistently offers a wonderful experience. A special thanks to Mr. Lim and Mr. Nathan for their warm, helpful, and friendly service they truly make each stay comfortable. The rooms are excellent, and the lounge is amazing with lovely appetisers. It would be even better if the lounge timing could be extended to 4 PM–8 PM for added convenience.
The staff were extremely efficient and helpful, including the staff in the foyer who were great at ordering taxis and taking care of luggage and the restaurant team. Reception staff dealt with any requests very promptly and positively.
Special mention to Grace in the Executive Club Lounge for making us feel welcome and supplying helpful local information (location of nearby nail bar!) It's worth paying extra for the lounge access. The food is good and they'll make Singapore Slings on request.
We also really appreciated the effort to arrange for us to check into our room as early as possible as our flight arrived in the morning and we were quite jet-lagged.
The breakfast deserves a special mention - absolutely superb and included in the room rate.
The hotel is located in a business area, rather than in the tourist centre, but taxis are cheap and readily available. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
The pool was not warm enough.
Everything is fine. The staff are warm and friendly. The dishes are yummy in the club lounge. In particular, the staff of the lounge are so excellent comparing with other Marriott hotels. We used to stay at JW Marriott hotel and Marriott hotel in Singapore, but next we are sure to book Sheraton.
Chef Ismail is a amazing cook. Comes out with a customized menu.
Has been staying here for a long and enjoys his special food.
