Best service at Sheraton Towers Singapore
Pros:

I attended a talk where the food selection was easily among the best I’ve experienced at such events. Every dish was flavourful and the meats were perfectly cooked. On top of that, Amirush and Tommy provided exceptional, attentive service.

Great location and great service!
Pros:

We had a great time at Sheraton Towers hotel - it’s ideally situated….only 150 metres from the Newton MRT and a short walk to the Newton hawker markets..
The best element of the stay however, has been the exceptional service provided by Grace and her team on the Lounge - truly fantastic!

An experienced world traveller
Pros:

A good, spacious room with very comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast with a wide variety of European and Asian foods, good selection of fresh fruits and good-quality coffee. Special thanks to Kelvin Lee, the chef at omelette station and master chef during weekend brunch - your creations are great!

Wonderful stay with family

Service of the highest level ( in a hotel !!)
Pros:

Every morning I go for breakfast. Sometimes a cereal or fruit but often a hot breakfast. I love an omelette , with an extra topping of cheese!!
@kelvinlee ( Kelvin Lee). Superb service, under the mask you can still see the smile in your eyes.
So polite, so accommodating - a true professional. Visit the egg and omelette station to get true service and precisely what you want.

Wedding Lunch! 🎊💐🎉
Pros:

We recently had our wedding lunch here and we had a good time! We were really impressed with the staff namely:
- Simin (who liaised with us for 1 whole year and was prompt + helpful with all our enquiries, made necessary arrangements to ensure that things were in place for our big day)
- Tommy (his instructions were clear and on point, made sure everything flowed smoothly and we even ended ahead of schedule)
- Phyo (ran the AV testing and also main event with ease and patience)
- Chef Tan (food was yummy and guests enjoyed filling their tummies)

The suite itself was also comfortable with nice light shining through into the room. Awesome for photos!

Business trip to Singapore
Pros:

Level 3 club lounge is at the top of the list, truly a chefs kiss.
Grace will go above and beyond to make anyone feel special and like they belong. Come for happy hour and ask fo a Moe special it the best whiskey sour in Singapore. She in not only lovely but she knows what you need after a long day of work.

Final stop on our vacation home.
Pros:

Beautiful, grand, charming hotel.
Great facilities, well staffed and immaculately clean everywhere. The rooms are large, beds extremely comfortable and bedding luxurious.
Breakfasts were plentiful and with a great choice and variety of international foods.
We enjoyed the luxury of the 19th floor with Executive privileges.
The staff there were all amazing from Grace the concierge who always warmly welcomed us to the beautiful waitress staff Sandra, Moe and Xun Lei. They were always smiling, eager to help and served a variety of fabulous cocktails each evening.
We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Singapore.

It was comfortable but not as classy as I expected.
Pros:

Close to MRT

Cons:

Dated. Did not feel Sheraton quality. Bathroom needed work. Finish looked rough just looking up when in the bath. Tile grout around the tub - looked like dodgy work.
