Sheraton Towers Singapore Hotel

Location is close to Newton MRT station giving easy access to other MRT stops. Breakfast offers wide choice and quick Cappuccino. Bathroom is fine and cheerful. Gym is good but needs a tidy up.

I liked the location that is close to Newton MRT, and Newton hawker centre.it is walking distance to Orchard Road too.

The pool and gym were nice, although on the smaller side.

My favourite part of the hotel was the Dining Room with large glass windows showcasing waterfalls and greenery. There is also the sound of flowing water from the lobby . Very soothing.

The staff- very helpful.
The manager at the Club was exceptionally courteous and helpful.
I was made very comfortable. I will come back and stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

Great hotel and close to everything. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. One staff member especially, Bell Man Nathan always went the extra mile to make my stay extremely comfortable. Nathan is an asset to the Sheraton team.

Had a nice stay at this hotel. Conveniently located walking distance to newton mrt, rooms were spacious and clean, and breakfast selection was great. Special mention to chef kelvin who remembered us after our first day and came to greet us on subsequent days.

The staff in the restaurant is friendly; chef Kelvin carried coon a conversation while I waited for my food, and assisted with taking the food to your table.

Had a wonderful dining experience at the dining room. The food by chef chang and afiq is delicious and service by tammy and may thu is top notch. Will definitely be back again!

Had a wonderful dining experience at The Dining room. The food was delicious, every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, and not forgetting my fav Mud pie. The quality and taste exceeded my expectations.

What made the experience even better was the amazing staffs Tammy & Maythu, and also Chef Chang & Chef Afiq. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.

Highly recommend Sheraton Towers if you’re looking for great food and outstanding service.

My Linh was the lady who cleaned the rooms and we exceptionally, polite, always friendly and along with the tall chef who greeted me at breakfasts and lunch, both made the stay here enjoyable.

Had lunch at the Dining Room with my colleagues and was very impressed with the service provided by the staffs onsite!

Kelvin saw that I was heavily pregnant and offered to carry my plates for me and assisted with getting more food for me to avoid walking around the crowded area too much.

Celebrated my mother’s birthday at The Dining Room. Service from Michelle and her teammates Jaden, Aniq, Wei Jie and Iamih was excellent. The food is average but the ambience and good service keep everyone happy.

We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Towers Singapore, and it truly made our anniversary and our son’s birthday trip extra special.

The room is quite okay for me. The room so clean, the ambience was chill. The breakfast was great and a lot of varieties. The staff are accomodating and especially Kevin Lee. He made the best sunny side egg and ommellete for me.
