Great lounge care. Grace Rodriguez and team did a fantastic job on taking care of returning guests. My home from home has not changed. Glad the mock food during happy hour is gone! Phew….

Amin provided impeccable service. It made all the difference in our experience in Singapore.

Always our go to accommodation over the past 10 years when we visit Singapore. Thank you to Yan Yi, Sandra and Moe in the executive lounge for your kindness and exceptional service. Sandi at the check in desk and Piru at the concierge, and all the other staff. We have always feel welcomed and well taken care of.

I went to the buffet on the ground floor. The staff are all very friendly, especially the chef Mr Kelvin Lee. I am a vegetarian. He not only show me all the vegetarian friendly dishes but also go the extra mile to heat up the mushroom soup for me. I am very impressed and touched by his gesture and will surely come again.

I love going to the Sheraton Lounge. Excellent client service and support from Grace (lounge manager), Sandra, Yan Yi and Moe. Not forgetting Jay as well. I love these bunch of guys as they always welcome me and my family with open arms and always makes us feel at home. Thank you all.

Had lunch at Sheraton Towers Singapore on 26/4. The space was spacious, clean, and well-organized. Service was attentive throughout—special thanks to Michelle Ee for her cheerfulness and to Jaden for his service. Overall, a lovely experience.

The service we had was amazing, YanYi, Moe, Sandra, Grace, Kathleen and Jay are the best team i have ever met, great persons and great workers, flying like 🐝 through the restaurant without missing their smile and draw attention to every guest. Thank you so much for this great experience and hope to get back as soon as possible.

Wonderful hotel, with amazing staff and service! Always stay here while in Singapore and highly recommend, either for business trips or vacations. Value for money without a doubt.

Had one the best staycation experience! From check-in with Elly, very gracious, so considerate, made my parents’ stay special! To Amirush for bringing in the cake for my parent’s 50th anniversary, and to the staff who brought and assisted us with the extra bed (forgot to get his name but he was very helpful and courteous). To Yuan Yia who prepared our room, thank you so much. Lastly, to Grace at the Club lounge, thank you for the warm welcome and for being so attentive to us. Very much appreciated. Will definitely be staying here again, great location and easily accessible to the city/shopping area. I really encourage every guest to take time to appreciate and thank every staff you meet during your stay. As they make every effort to make our stay as best as it can be, it only takes a few minutes to pause, appreciate, give a review and feedback to make their day. :)

Enjoyed our dinner at The Dining Room. Very pleasant dining experience with very warm staff (Amirush and Michelle) attending to us.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Towers! All of the staff were so welcoming and professional. We want to give a special shout out to breakfast chef Kelvin Lee for exceptional service on the eggs station and our waitress Xue En who organised our coffees. After just a couple of mornings they each remembered our orders and greeted us warmly. The little things mean the most when you’re travelling!

The lounge personnel are so kind and kudos to J for being extremely hospitable and remembering our faces and my dad’s birthday!!; feels like coming back home to a familiar face !! I unfortunately cannot recall the names of the other beautiful ladies but they are all super friendly!! The most memorable experience was at the lounge rlly!!!

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the honesty and professionalism demonstrated by your team today.

Earlier today 29/04 around 12:00-12:30, while visiting your restaurant for a buffet, I accidentally left my wallet in the hotel lobby. Thankfully, a young staff member named Jaden found it and promptly handed it over to the front desk, allowing me to recover it safely and without any loss.

I would also like to thank the security officer on duty and the lady manager who assisted me. Their calm and helpful approach made the entire process smooth and reassuring.

Although I was at your restaurant, this incident reflects the excellent coordination and integrity of your overall hotel team. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Jaden, the security officer, and the lady manager for their outstanding service.
