Service was terrible. Waiter was terrible and unprofessional. He made me feel very uncomfortable as a woman travelling alone. Food was completely overpriced. Its daylight robbery.

Pros:

The place was nice and clean , very quiet . Supper was so delicious

Cons:

They only had 3 cots the whole hotel , and all three were all booked .
Personally I think they should work on getting more cot beds for babies.

Very disappointing

Staff were friendly but back office very disorganised

Cons:

My stay at Rainbow Hotel Harare was a complete disaster. The gym was unsafe, with rusty and non-functional equipment, and the air conditioning was not working. I found two cockroaches in my room, and the towels smelled damp and unclean.

I had to check out after one night instead of the three booked. I was promised a refund within 7 business days, but over a month later I am still chasing it, with emails ignored. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.
