First visit to Zimbabwe - the hotel made it easy.

Would not stay here again! Overpriced and NOT 5 STAR!

We booked a room and were given the keys to an occupied room we went down to the reception and received a second key card this was also an occupied room. Finally the third time round the room we went to was unoccupied. This was an inconvenience as we were standing for over an hour with no room even though we checked in late. The staff didn’t seem to be as apologetic as I would have expected given this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel and I am heavily pregnant! Would not recommend

We asked to be moved to a different room. Standards are dropping overall unfortunately according to me.

Cons:

The shower was leaking into the bedroom carpet causing a smell. There were no gowns, no bar fridge, safe didn’t work

Less lighting around car park. There were a lot of people sitting in the lobby all the time. Not sure if everyone was a guest at the hotel. I suspect people come for Wifi access in the lobby but I might be wrong.

Refreshing stay at The Rainbow Towers
Pros:

The location of this hotel is just perfect and the garden is so beautiful the walks there can be very refreshing. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to cone and experience this relaxation
