No staff upon arrival. Waited 15 minutes, got dinner and returned. The place reeked of marijuana and stale cigarettes. The clerk showed us 3 rooms, all in various stages of unkempt and/or broken items. We took option3. It only had a filthy microwave, burner on, falling curtains, no smoke detector and missing closet rod, so it seemed to be the best choice. We were to be here 2 nights. We cancelled the 2nd night’s stay and after speaking to the manager the next day, she agreed to refund the 2nd night.
I only stayed in room for about 1 hour. First off I was given a room the was occupied, then the remote wouldn’t work for the second room. The clerk took forever to come up, the room was also blazing hot with the temp at its lowest furniture old.
The hallway and room were extremely hot, tv didn’t work no one came in timely manner. Refrigerator looked terrible, furniture damaged. Too much for the conditions of these rooms.
This place is horrible. After going in the first room where nothing worked, they gave me another room and things didn’t work in it either. The guy at the desk was rude and I wanted my money back he refused. The appliances was rusty and roaches everywhere. I would tell anyone to find you any place but here to stay.

How big the room was
Didn't like that my fiancé's car was broken into and his wallet and things were stolen. Also other guests windows were busted out.Had to keep a good eye on our vehicles
This was the worst experience I've had and I will never stay at this hotel ever again.The advertisement and pics of the place are false and misleading. The 1st room we were in the refrigerator, stove and lights didn't work. The 2nd room the curtains were falling down, there were red spots all over the walls, the TV remote had something that looked like someone threw up all over it. And the bathroom was invested with roaches. If you come across this property don't believe the pics, the rooms and property doesn't look any like the pics.
This is by far the worst property I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms were messy, staff was inconsiderate nor understanding and the showerhead was acting up. Also the check time process was very very slow when leaving. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone that is trying to stay here.
These people are ripp offs they charge you to use your credit card, the housekeeper only comes to give you clean sheets and towels 1 day out of the week and thats on fridays only, she owners son and daughter a very very rude please dont stay here because its terrible the rooms where nasty upon me checking in moved to another room and it was nasty as well they have roaches really really bad, they have mold in there restroom tub and it overall a terrible stay highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.
There was no elevator for diabled use. I had to drag my suitcase up the steps. I didn't have a blanket, the towels weren't clean there was hair in wash cloths and little bugs flying around. And no microwave. I had to have my keycard reactivated twice for some reason and not able to feel secure

They were very crooked. It was 2 employees that demanded we pay with cash. So they could pocket the money. They put us in a room (324) which was not clean, bathroom have mold on the walls and the ceiling. Toilet kept stopping up, the kitchen sink had a bad leak, and I had to buy a bucket to put under the sink so when I washed dishes the bucket could catch the water leaking. Then it was so bad we had to dump it twice a day. They would not put me in another room. Keep in mind they said I couldn’t book through booking.com anymore because they specifically put me in room 324 and demanded cash payments. I am sure Sonesta Simply Suite does not even know that room 324 is getting rented out because they would not give me receipts when I paid in cash. As soon as I demanded to be put in a more cleaner, comfortable,operable room and mentioned about me calling code enforcement. He threatened to put me and my family out. Then I finally demanded to be treated like a paying customer who gave them $109/ day for 50-60 days he told me I had to check out in the morning. I will be following up with my attorney and contacting Sonesta Simply Suite corporate office because I am sure they are not aware of the scheming and terrible Customer Service that they display. I am a very patient person and put up with a lot of BS from their shiesty staff. I even have proof through cashapp that I paid a Kal Patel over $4200 in payments for room 324 on top of 2,000+ in cash. Keep in mind that 2 of my kids got sick several times which had to have come from the mold on the bathroom walls and ceiling.
