Highly recommended! Looks better in person, very friendly staff, great food, clean and luxurious. The only negative part is they take a deposit of 1000 TBH per night and the lighting at night in the room is non existent, can hardly see anything, otherwise it’s worth staying here.

Pros:

Liked property location close to busy areas but far enough away from craziness. Limited bar and restaurants. Soundproof it is not could hear road noise from 18th floor. Also could hear music from room next door.

Pros:

It was okay, the only thing I noticed was their breakfast buffet menu. The hotel catered more for “Indian dishes”, which for me is a downfall because I was expecting to have at least Authentic Thai dishes.

Pros:

The hotel is fine for a place to sleep, but the hotel really needs an upgrade. Rooms are shabby, bathroom had chipped tiles.
Staff are wonderful and service is great, just the facilities are a bit lacking. Also some construction going on so quite loud and hard to sleep.

Pros:

We showed up early after a red eye flight and tried to check in. We had to pay an extra fee to get into our room early, we did know the check in times but thought maybe thered be a little understanding after flying 17 hours straight. One of the beds had sand in between the sheets. There is construction going on next door to the hotel but it didnt bother us like it did for some.

Pros:

The staff are all wonderful. They're eager to help and make our stay better. I booked 2 rooms. Front desk gave us connecting rooms. One smelled like smoke while the other waa fine. My granddaughter has asthma and couldn't possibly stay in that room. My mom and sister stayed there until they sprayed the room. The bell boys were fast. They already had our luggages in the room when we went in. The transportation service is top notch. Phanom was excellent. He drove us around Bangkok for 3 days.The pool area has a bar, showers, change room and towel station. However, both the adult and kiddie pools have mold.

Pros:

Not a bad stay for the price, but the room I was in was severely outdated and the carpet was old and quite unpleasant. The bathroom was in poor condition with water damage to the bathroom door, which meant it couldn’t be closed properly. It felt a bit dirty and dingy. The lobby and outside of the hotel looked lovely though.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good and nearby transport, plenty of taxi services, restaurants and shopping.

Great space with nice amenities. Didn't get to try the spa or pool in my stay but they looked great. In room dining was awesome. Cleaning staff came very frequently to freshen up space. Would recommend.
