The room bathroom was pretty small with a stain on the wall by the trash but we had a pretty good view of the runway and WASN’T that noicy the staff were really nice and kind and over all was a pretty good experience.
Location is convenient. Staff on site was very friendly. Bartender went out of his way to work with the chef and make an off-menu item for my child.
This hotel has bedbugs! I have bites everywhere as does my family after staying here. I emailed the hotel who escalated to someone who reached out about my "claim". They said the room had been inspected and had the report showing no bedbugs but are refusing to share it with me,
Very clean! Really nice room! Being right at the airport was great. Made checking in for our flight easy. Neat to see the planes taking off and landing.
Pillows were really bad. Need a firmer pillow. The bed was very comfortable which was good. Nothing else I didn't like in the hotel. Maybe just have a variety of pillow for people.

Priced a bit high but likely due to location
Great hotel location, friendly staff, and food and amenities all great. Unfortunately we couldn’t sleep all night because of loud music coming from outside the building. Completely defeated the purpose of trying to get a good nights sleep before a flight. Staff tried to accommodate but rooming rooms at midnight with kids and luggage is not ideal. If they can’t control music and noise right outside their building then guests won’t be happy.
Extremely convenient for an overnight layover. All the staff who assisted us were very friendly and welcoming at the front desk and at breakfast. Breakfast as part of the stay was a good size. When we mentioned the ants in the room at check out, the front desk asked if there was anything they could do, which I didn't know how to respond, really, but it was nice that they asked.
The shower pressure was weak and there was an old mattress that dipped in the middle, which was uncomfortable after a long transatlantic flight. There were also ants in our room on the fourth floor, which was odd - We saw about 5, and they were difficult to see because of the carpet - it was when we were at our suitcases on the floor that we noticed them. There was no kettle in the room, and we were told to use the water from the coffee machine, which I didn't understand, nor did I imagine would taste good. There was also no complimentary water. All that to say it was a very expensive stay for what it was.
