Pros:

Convenient to airport - on airport grounds. Waiter in restaurant was extraordinary!

Cons:

Front desk staff could not seem to get us Taxi. Said they would not come to hotel entrance. We had to walk through airport terminal. Yet the Taxi drivers we retained said otherwise and accommodated us by dropping us at hotel entrance after our excursion. The day before our flight, we had requested wheelchair escort to Airline check-in. Failed to be available at time requested. Not sensitive to needs of handicapped guests.

Can’t Beat the Convenience of this Clean, Comfortable Hotel
Pros:

We had an early morning flight and had to return a rental car, and this hotel made everything easy. We dropped off the rental car the evening before, took the airport tram to the terminal, and walked to the check in desk. The staff were very friendly and helped us get a better room. We worked out in their workout room, stopped at the lounge for a drink, and ordered room service—delicious! We loved watching the planes take off as the sun was setting from the comfort of our room. Next morning, we walked to the gate within minutes and made our flight with time to spare. Overall, a wonderful experience in a very nice, clean hotel.

Cons:

More vegetarian choices on the room service menu. Other than that, I can’t think of a thing.

Location is unbeatable...
especially when you have to talk to real airline agents when all your flights get cancelled...

Except for the construction in the main entrance..

Cons:

The room next to mine was full of young people partying when I got there at 11 pm. It went on for a couple hours. Then in the middle of the night I woke up to hollering in that room. After spending over $200 a night I got very little sleep and was very disappointed that such a nice place would allow all of that noise.
