Cons:

It seems this hotel allows residential style stays, mainly foreigners, and this creates a disappointing atmosphere. One staff member in particular was both inefficient and rude - in person and telephonically. Unfortunately this dilutes the good service from the rest of the team.

Mediocre, I use it only because it is in a great location.
Pros:

The rooms were cleaned every second day, everything was in order! The cleaning personnel is very polite and helpful.

Cons:

The temperature in the rooms cannot be set, even if you use the thermostat. This is the third time I use this hotel in different rooms and this was the case every time. I was freezing all times, believing this was a single event…. But this wasn’t the case.

Bijzonder leuk en goed hotel
Pros:

We kregen een upgrade van on onze kamer , de kamer had als uitbreiding een soort eigen huiskamertje met een kitchenette . Wat een relate manier van verblijf , buiten een goed bed ook nog een soort huiskamer waarin we rustig tv konden kijken en een beetje konden bijkomen van onze reis
