Overall a nice hotel, in a great location.
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, nice vending machines

Cons:

The pillows on the beds are terrible and clearly haven’t been changed in years, small towels and such a shame the pool and terrace were closed. If this is a long term thing then you should update your internal signage as I didn’t think there was a pool u til I saw the sign.

Blows air but the air isn't adjusted for temperature

In summer the room stays very hot, around 29/30 degrees, making it impossible to sleep
