Location. The room was perfect.The breakfast was very good . The staff were very pleasant and helpful

Overpriced for an underwhelming experience.
Pros:

Connection to pedway. Answered a phone promptly and quick response with noise complaint (dog continuously barking for hours). Room was relatively clean and had air conditioning.

Cons:

Hallway on 2nd floor has a TERRIBLE musty smell. Not sure where the washing facilities are, but we could hear a washer spinning out (noisily) during the evening/night. Hair in the bathroom, grout in shower could have been cleaner and there was some mold in the corner. Booked for 3 people, but set up for 2 (drinking glasses, coffee). Only one extra blanket (thin). Noisy neighbors (loud after midnight). No free WiFi (unless I became a Bonvoy member, maybe??).
