Cons:

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I reported the AC problem immediately after check-in, but it was ignored. After calling again hours later, the technician arrived without the basic tools to properly check the issue and simply said there was nothing he could do. Reception never followed up as promised. The room was unbearably hot, and the service was completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wonderful stay with great service
Pros:

The location is very good and convenient, and having parking available was a big plus.
The breakfast is a set menu, but it offers a nice variety including cheese, jam, omelette, and fresh fruits. Everything was delicious and well prepared.

What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Reema at the front desk, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
