Not worth the money I spent was hoping for a total different experience
Cons:

Long walk to get to the pool which was green and to the beach…room bathroom was not clean found woman sanitary stuff, not cleaned up until we showed the cleaning lady where it was so that she can clean it up …showered leak out through the bathroom every time had to put a towel inside the edge to tried to keep the water from coming out of the shower

It was ok but having to argue about money is ridiculous and i was lucky Charlie was there to
Pros:

Location was good
Pool and private beach very good
A couple of the main reception people were excellent especially Charlie

Cons:

Room was dated and shabby
Not overly friendly staff
Argument over the resort fee and room tax which is in the Booking.com price,had to get the fees taken off my bill manually.
Large holding fee which is not on the Booking.com website but had to pay or they would not check me in !!!

Not happy
Pros:

Stay was not friendly except for the manger whom wound up helping us on our 2nd day.. if you are going to close parts of the hotel for private events than get should be compensated.. it was very inconvenient. We have a handicap chills and expecting us to walk around on the beach was ridiculous

Cons:

See above not a happy experience.. spent many vacations there when it was the Yankees clipper so I did love the nostalgia of the mermaid bar but that was it

Beautiful beach and great amenities, but customer service and extra fees need significant improvemen
Pros:

The beach is absolutely beautiful and very spacious, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the ocean. I also really enjoyed the breakfast restaurant. Although breakfast is not included and costs $29 plus tax per person, it offers a great variety of options. The Mermaid Bar was another highlight, with a very entertaining show and a fun atmosphere.

Cons:

One of the front desk employees was extremely rude. When I approached her to ask a simple question about where the gym was located, she did not even look at me and told me to go to the end of a long check-in line of about 10 people on a busy Saturday morning, even though she was the only person at the front desk. The pool is too small for the number of guests, the tiki bar menu lacks healthy food options, and the valet parking fee of $57 per night is excessively expensive.
