Worker walked into room while I was undressed and getting into shower, the mattress is really comfortable.

Ocean view room was nice, had different swimming options and pools. Super comfortable bed/mattress

Cons:

A worker walked in on me while I was in my room, I couldn’t understand what he was asking and it sounded like he wanted to check if our room was ready for us. I just turned him away. The restaurants in the hotel weren’t open during the times stated. There are also no close options to eat. Couldn’t relax in the pools due to kids trying to play football using the entire pool and playing rough. Starbucks secretly charges a 20% gratuity and then pressures you into adding a second tip. Luckily the bill was so high so I decided to not tip and then I saw at the bottom of the receipt that there was a gratuity.

It was A maze to get to the room and the front desk was no help to explain where to go
room was noisy all night
The pool was in poor condition the pool bar was closed early
Breakfast was over 1.5 hours late and when did come wrong order and in a paper bag and i would not feed to my dog

It was not exceptional but enjoyable, good
Pros:

View was excellent, lots of bars, restaurants open late. Place was clean. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

The price for parking was ridiculous. There was a huge rip on the comforter on the bed and they covered it with a sheet, I didn’t like that. They didn’t vacuum the rugs, you could see particles on rug. I don’t think it’s fair to charge people for umbrellas and not only is it unfair.,you rip peoples head off for $38.
