Cons:

Service was horrendous. Our room was cleaned but we weren’t left any towels. I called looking for towels on three occasions over teo days and was always told, towels on the way, but they didn’t arrive. I walked around the hotel looking for housekeeping but couldn’t find’s housekeeping. I finally had to knock on another hotel guests room and ask if they could loan me a towel so i could shower before checking out

Great hotel experience with good location.
Pros:

The room we had was spacious and large with beautiful view of the Ocean!
The distance to the beach took about 7-10 minutes, and the beach was in great condition, with towels provided separately. The location of the hotel was just right.

Cons:

I didn't like the room was bit dark, it needed extra lighting for work.
Otherwise, the hotel was great - much appreciated. Prices were pricy!

Probably won’t use booking.com or B Ocean Resort again.
Pros:

The resort was nice

Cons:

We booked a king suite w/ balcony that was beachfront. They gave away our room due to an overnight layover (AA pulled their 9:30 flight from charlotte to Ft. Lauderdale due to mechanical issues. I called B Ocean resort at 9:47pm and Devan in reservations (no answer at the desk) promised that our room would be fine and since we were flying in the next morning it’d be ready as soon as we got there. Ended up having to stay in a jr suite that was ocean view and the price was the same. Absolutely ridiculous

Will stay again
Pros:

The manager Mark was very accommodating and hands-on with resolving any issues that we had during our stay. Kudos to Mark and his staff!

Cons:

Location was great. Parking was a little pricey $60 for valet $50 for the parking garage across the street.
