I loved the property itself. I told my kids we are sleeping in a castle! Lol so they got a kick out of that! They enjoyed their stay. The breakfast the next day was amazing!!! The server was soooo sweet and kind! I could have hung out and chatted all day with him. I give that man 25 stars!!!!
The walk in was nice the people at the front desk were very kind. I loved that they were all smiling when I walked in. They greeted us right away! It was lovely!
Hot tub is small and soooo many people in it at once including babies, the outside pool area wasn’t clean, people were smoking, and there is tufts of grass that was growing in between the bricks and just looked unkept. No one was following the rules that were there posted. The lifeguard was blasting music I didn’t want my children to hear. I just felt like the people that worked in that area seemed lazy and like they don’t really care. Public pools look better than this ….Also…The inside pool water looked cloudy…. I won’t say anymore.
Felt like the room could have been nicer. It was a big room,a lot of space, but not filled. Just Wish it had a microwave!
Also sorta seemed like it the building itself was too big for the hotel…. Like I saw a few completely empty rooms… not even a sitting area in them. Maybe the hotel is new and they are filling up spaces?
Also saw alot of employees smoking in the front of the hotel…. And I maybe that’s just me- but I didn’t want my kids around that! Just looked lazy to me. Like the employees didn’t care.

I live 20 mins away from your hotel, I just came at your hotel with my family to have fun and enjoyable long weekend.
My son is Autistic and cannot interact but still he loved and enjoyed your outdoor and indoor pool. Thanks
Sorry to say I had bitter experience with the bar tender as he was rude and aggressive.
My reaction was only after felt humiliated; his behavior was friendly and respectful only with others of his kind.
1st time in 25years being a US Citizen, I bar tender said I will call cops when I argued with him. How shameful and irresponsible staff; instead of resolving the situation he became more aggressive. He also refused to even tell his name when I asked.
I don’t remember the exact time of the incident, it showed be between 8:45pm to 9:15pm.
My only request to the management is to take adequate action so that such situation is not faced by any other guests at your prestigious hotel. Better send him for Anger management sessions... :)

Smelly hallways, smelly elevators & old run down. Rooms very dirty & smelly carpets in bad shape. Bathroom is terrible & has mold. We booked a room with hot tub & separate bathroom, never got it. This is booking.com fault why give an option for it with extra money & never get the service you paid for. I would not recommend anyone this. Pools are dirty & old. Ac didn’t cool properly.
The breakfast was excellent, better than expected with a range of food on offer. The lady on duty during the week (sorry, I didn't get her name), was so helpful and friendly; she really made our mornings. The swimming pools were good, especially with two 12yr olds in tow. Rooms were comfortable too.
The AC worked but made a hell of a racket at times, mostly when it seemed to need a boost. Not too much of an issue but maybe annoying for some. The food for dinner that we had in the bar was really poor - the Mediterranean platter and two pizzas were both very average, maybe even a bit below. A real shame as there is nowhere to walk to for anything else - you need a car here (or taxis).
