Pros:

Family friendly, clean.

Cons:

Loud air conditioner, shower size is so small, expensive breakfast and parking. There is no other places around so you are forced to eat the overpriced breakfast.

Pros:

The hotel is lovely and conveniently located next to Universal however our room was tiny, but it had a balcony. The room was crammed with lots of furniture making it feel more confined. Most of the customer was exemplary especially Matthew and Francisco. They made the experience for us!

Location is great in proximity to Universal Studios

Cons:

For the price, the facilities are starting to feel run down and staff is very rude.
I booked 2 rooms that were filthy upon checkin. Dirty used wine glasses still in room, old food left in both refrigerators and the toilet leaked water all over the floor in one of our rooms. I felt like I had to constantly clean up and stay on top of messes while on vacation. For the price I paid, I shouldn’t have to worry about these things

Whatever else you do, stay at the Sheraton Universal.
Pros:

Your hotel is exquisite. Thank you. Please give extra credit and love to David Javier. He could not have been more friendly, helpful and kind. I never met him before but he’s a keeper and you should guve him a raise.
