Pros:

There is a shuttle to get you to and from universal studios and city walk. Housekeeping workers were very kind , and friendly. We stood on the floor 8. The lady was very nice that worked on that floor.

Cons:

The room was too small for a family of 4. Parking is 55 plus extra 5.50cents. The refrigerator was not working, I called to have it serviced, the maintenance person said it would take a while to get cold, 3 days later it didn't work .

great place to stay for Universal Studios theme park
Pros:

we liked being on almost the ground floor near the pool. It was quite with lots of trees and you hardly noticed the freeway nearby. the frequent shuttle was helpful as well and room service food was really good too

Great service, excellent location, too expensive
Pros:

I love the ease in staying at the Sheraton. It’s more expensive than what I would hope to pay, but “you get what you pay for” applies.

Cons:

Breakfast should be complimentary given the price you are paying. Parking fees are stupid high.

Abbiamo avuto un problema con il check in perché non risultava il pagamento fatto con Booking. Ci hanno fatto pagare la stanza una seconda volta (solo alla fine del soggiorno ci hanno restituito i soldi). Al di là di questo spiacevole episodio - con responsabilità anche di Booking - il soggiorno è andato bene

Pros:

The property was clean and conveniently close to the theme park. Our attendant, Jerry, was incredibly friendly and made our stay special. He even upgraded us to a larger room with a wonderful view, which we truly appreciated.
