Had a nice stay.
Pros:

Great location. Nice hotel.

Cons:

Some areas showed aging. In room cabinets are scuffed, curtains s dingy.
Long wait for shuttle. Had a 25 minute wait at elevators. Only on of the three were working.
Food was good but room service has about $20 in fees.

Excellent location, clean and friendly staff!
Pros:

Very clean, staff was helpful and attentive.
Excellent location, a short 10 minutes walk from Universal Studios. The hotel also offers a free-shuttle.

Cons:

A bottom sheet was missing for the sofa bed, but not a big deal.

When we book through your website you indicated but that is not the case! It cost one of those$126 f
To park! Which was very frustrating!!! And would have picked a different hotel if we would have known this! Also, you had to wait 13 minutes
