Pros:

It’s a very nice property

Cons:

They need to mention that you will be charged $60 for parking even if you are a guest. Last year I wasn’t charged for the parking this year I was, even though at reception I was told that as a guest it’s free

The front desk person was very nice and everybody outside when you pulled up make sure your questions were answered

Cons:

Only thing I didn’t like. Is there was older blonde lady who I stopped to ask a question and she’s like well I’m working but you can ask anyway. oh, like I’m sorry I thought that’s what you’re there for. 🤔

I stayed at the Sheraton Hotel during Horror nights. Highly recommend!
Pros:

Great hotel and shuttle service to Universal Studios every 15-20 minutes is awesome and convenient. We will be staying here again when coming to Universal Horror nights. Having a Starbucks in the hotel is a plus!

Pros:

There is a shuttle to get you to and from universal studios and city walk. Housekeeping workers were very kind , and friendly. We stood on the floor 8. The lady was very nice that worked on that floor.

Cons:

The room was too small for a family of 4. Parking is 55 plus extra 5.50cents. The refrigerator was not working, I called to have it serviced, the maintenance person said it would take a while to get cold, 3 days later it didn't work .

There was an alarm that was going off at 4am-6am or 7 am, we think it was the fire alarm’s battery, we told the reception but it wasn’t resolved

great place to stay for Universal Studios theme park
Pros:

we liked being on almost the ground floor near the pool. It was quite with lots of trees and you hardly noticed the freeway nearby. the frequent shuttle was helpful as well and room service food was really good too

check out time could always be later like noon or 1

Great service, excellent location, too expensive
Pros:

I love the ease in staying at the Sheraton. It’s more expensive than what I would hope to pay, but “you get what you pay for” applies.

Cons:

Breakfast should be complimentary given the price you are paying. Parking fees are stupid high.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto un problema con il check in perché non risultava il pagamento fatto con Booking. Ci hanno fatto pagare la stanza una seconda volta (solo alla fine del soggiorno ci hanno restituito i soldi). Al di là di questo spiacevole episodio - con responsabilità anche di Booking - il soggiorno è andato bene
