I’ll be back.
Pros:

Monika at the check-in desk was superb and totally professional.
We had lunch at the California restaurant on the lower floor. Carlos, and Edgar, Fernando all waited on, hand and foot. Great lunch.!

Cons:

Everything was great! No complaints about anything😊

Great lodging near Universal Studios Hollywood/Citywalk
Pros:

Very close to Universal Studios Hollywood & Citywalk with short access to U.S. 101 and nearby North Hollywood.

The Terrace level restaurant served great food albeit the price. Heated pool was great for my toddler and there was a jacuzzi available on site, also had plenty beach towels and seating.

The bed was super comfy and the heating and A/C worked as needed. Lots of outlets and lighting

David and Lourdes were VERY helpful during me and my families stay, I will prefer this location when returning to SoCal.

Cons:

Refrigerator was not cold, ice machine was broken on my floor (7th). No quick showers inside pool area?

Beautiful hotel at the perfect location to visit Universal Studios
Pros:

Great hotel to visit Universal Studios. The rooms are modern, new, clean and well kept. The size seems rather large for a world city. The cleaning staff did an amazing job: the room was in order when we arrived back after a day in the parks. It felt great to came "home" to our beautiful room. The hotel has a lot of amenities like a pool, gym, restaurant, bar... The parking lot was very close by, just 3 minutes by foot. We had a great stay!

Cons:

The price of the parking is intense... I do understand that you cannot provide it for free but a discount as a hotel guest would be great.

Loved the room!!!!! The comfortable king size bed and the sofa bed for our teenager! The bathroom was very well stocked!!!! Clean towels and toiletries!

Awesome staff, comfortable room, great view, convenient location.
Pros:

All of the staff was naturally friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the view was nice. Soft lighting was also a huge plus.

Cons:

Got food poisoning both times I ate at the restaurant. Which was unfortunate because the food tasted great. The shower door tended to get water all over the place.

Great location, especially for visiting Universal Studios Hollywood, and comfort all around.
Pros:

Great view of the pool from our room and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was amazing and made our stay very enjoyable. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely, and there was plenty of shade available.

Cons:

The bathroom looked nice, but it wasn’t designed very comfortably and the toilet paper holder was placed awkwardly far from the toilet, the sink layout felt a bit off, and the outlets only supported USB connections and felt outdated.
