Won’t be staying there again
Pros:

It’s great that it’s close to the universal theme park although the shuttle service was really poor took over an hour when we simply walked it within 12 minutes.

Cons:

The baggage service was awful. We felt like an inconvenience to them and they even damaged our luggage with no reimbursement.

Pros:

Location is very handy to visit Universal Studios. There is a complimentary shuttle service to get to the studios every 15 minutes. The studios are just 10/20 minutes walking distance anyway (... on the way in the walk is really steep and take longer).
The hotel is ok nothing really to impress or disappoint.

Cons:

We had a bed sofa for my 11 years old son which we had to setup ourself. There is a video tutorial provided via qr code to put it toghether but it felt ackwards to do it ourself. Also the quality of the blankets/sheets for the sofa bed is really poor.

L'hotel aurait pu faire parti des vacances, au final c'était juste un hébergement.

Personnel de l'accueil désagréable au check in
Pas de considération de mon statut JW Mariott
Une chambre pour PMR a été donnée (robinet très bas notamment, assez désagréable)

Cons:

There were hair and chocolate rap on the floor of our room. In the bathroom there was no space to put toiletries. Hotel charged $65.00, plus $6.50 tax, for valet parking. We could hear people walking in the above room. Bottom line, we did not get our money worth.
