Very close to universal studios.
Breakfast was very good
Our visit was good. We had hors D'Oeuvres one evening in the Club Room and met Matthew and Francisco. They were very nice and helpful to us. Actually, all of your people that I interacted with were very professional.
My one complaint is that the cost of being a Club member is not worth the amount of food served. We probably won't do that again.
Shuttle doesn’t run every 15 minutes. Also doesn’t allow standing so very few people can actually use it at a time. Waited 45-60 for a very short distance.
Best place to stay close to Universal Studios. Matthew and Edgar in the club lounge were awesome; amazing hospitality!
Short 2 nights stay, hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful, especially Matthew and Francisco. 5 minutes walk from Universal Studios amusement park, or you can catch a shuttle ride to and from. Great location if universal studios is your destination.

Staff were genuine and very kind. Everyone was very thoughtful and eager to be of assistance, but the staff in the lounge was especially helpful. Edgar and Matthew deserve a shout out, and I hope they receive the recognition they deserve.
Matthew and Edgar were fantastic hosts at the Club Lounge. They were friendly, professional and attended to all our needs. They kept food stacked and the lounge was very clean.
Monika checked me in and was very pleasant to interact with. She attended to my needs for a prefect room to relax and do my work.

Kenneth at the valet and Alex at the desk were awesome! I came alone with my son and their service was super and made it easy for us to get our car. I got the EV Valet package which was great because they charged my car overnight! So we were ready to go!
I got in late from my flight and a long car ride and was instantly able to relax because Angel helped me out with my free room upgrade. I tried to turn it down because it was a single night trip for work, but he encouraged me to take the win (so to speak) and have a room with a soaking tub. He also made sure I had access to the lounge!

On checkout, David walked me through every thing quickly and efficiently and was super friendly!
