Location was great to Universal

Cons:

The hotel looked much nicer in the pictures, it was about $150 more a night then the Hilton but I chose it because it looked much fancier. It was not. I was very disappointed. I was going for high end and it was as nice as basic Comfort Inn. Best Western hotels I would rate higher. So many little things poorly done make a big difference esthetically. And lights in the room didnt work, electric outlets worked poorly, carpet needed cleaning. Doors to closets were hard to open and close. Blankets for pull out couch were gross. Room service options were poor. Wifi was bad. Even the tiolet paper was cheap quality.

Comfortable and great location
Pros:

Everything was clean and staff was friendly. Perfect location if you're going into the park

Cons:

Only complaint is you can hear people leaving just was a little to noisy at times

Great for a Universal Studios Hollywood Trip
Pros:

Room was okay, we had a couple nights where the towels were dirty, additionally there was a shower door issue that made it difficult to close. The convenience and location of this hotel however was incredible and the drinks and the bar were amazing as well. The shuttle to LAX with Joseph was incredible and is a great service.

Best place to stay near universal
Pros:

Excellent hotel, nice lounge for platinum members and up, francisco and matthew at the lounge were the best. As well as Jerry and Monika.

Good Service, Great Value, Friendly
Pros:

My husband and I love this hotel. We had access to the lounge. Matthew & Francisco were wonderful. Francisco recognized us from previous trips and Matthew was so nice and cheerful. They definitely started our trip off on a high note.

Pros:
