Pros:

Servicing was good. The room was clean and it is location in the prime location. Very close to railway station. The staffs are very polite and can be asked for help at anytime.

Cons:

They are charging extra for a water bottle and they do not wait for us to pay the money until we checkout. Rather they ask for money immediately after providing us the food/water bottle.

Staff was very very helpful and professional.

Cons:

Had a reservation issue but fortunately Mr Yash was very very helpful in sorting thing out.
Can improve in housekeeping.. But overall was OK
