Exceptional
Pros:

Nice and clean room. There is always hot water. 2 minutes walk to the beach. Wifi, TV, air conditioning is Ok. There is a kettle. Very responsive girl at the reception. She helped with the exchange of money. She helped book bus tickets to Ho Chi Minh City and organize transfers. Thank you for our wonderful stay at the hotel!

Pros:

The property itself is in a nice location and the rooms seem to clean. The problem was the musty, moldy smell to it. We booked for one week and only stayed one night because of breathing problems. The staff was extremely friendly and understanding.

Cons:

If it wasn’t for the moldy musty smell, I would recommend it. Maybe when it’s not rainy season it would be okay.

Pros:

Reception was very helpful, sorted my phone top up and organised my onward travel by coach. The chamber maids were friendly and happy. Location just off the beach.

Cons:

The corridor was noisy, especially when you have people making phone calls early hours, not the hotels problem really.
