Staff very welcoming and accommodating. Rooms very spacious and clean. Beds comfortable. Walkable to markets and dining options. Tuk tuks also readily available for transport. Quiet hotel off an alleyway. Not located on a Main Street. Would stay here again.
A reservation was changed to the Mane Village Suites, and we couldn’t be more happy. It was a wonderful property, beautiful pool, and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and extremely helpful. I highly recommend you stay here.
An hour before check in they informed me that the hotel was under renovation and that it was not possible to accommodate me there. Fortunately they offered me a replacement at their sister hotel.

This Hotel is BEYOND EXCELLENT. Quiet location, 711 next door, EXTREMELY CLEAN, VERY BEAUTIFUL rooms, PERFECT STAFF, breakfast is AMAZING. Beautifully decorated. You CANNOT go wrong booking here. This place is by far the best in Siem Reap.

Nothing bad to say...
Room cleaning was only done on request, and when done only some tasks were done. Several items in the room were broken including tap and bedside table light. No milk for coffee or tea in room. Partially trickling water in the shower only. Receptionist could hardly speak English.
Size of the rooms, pool.
We booked 1 big family room, but it turned out that there isn't such. So they gave as 2 seperate rooms instead.
The staff was excellent and very accommodating. The air conditioning was marginal and only in the rooms- no AC anywhere else, including the gym. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, but for Cambodia, it was overall nice for the price. There is only one pool. Which is totally fine and the pool was lovely, but misrepresented by the hotel. There is no spa. Easy transportation right outside the hotel. Overall, a nice stay but again, misrepresented by the photos and description on the website.
Great location and staff were excellent for younger staff they were fantastic.
I will be recommending this hotel to anyone who travels rooms were fantastic as well

We had a lovely stay at Mane colonial Classic. The staff was very helpful. We contacted them before our stay and asked for a pickup from the airport. They organised a pick up for 35$. The rooms were big and mostly clean. The hotel is ideal if you don’t want to live in town, but shorter distance to Angkor Wat. The breakfast was also good. All in all a good hotel to stay for a few days.
We had a massage included in our price. Unfortunately, the therapist didn’t show up and we were only informed afterwards. We didn’t get an alternative option offered anymore, as we had to leave the next morning. The massage was not the reason why we booked the hotel ;) - but it was a bit disappointing how the situation was handled.
Also I shooter costs 20$ a day with them. In town it it’s only 10$. So we did not rent with the hotel.
The Mane Colonial Classic is not one of those concrete monstrosities so we immediately felt at home. We stayed for a fortnight while we explored Angkor. The restaurant (despite what we had read) was not open in the evening but the receptionist told us of 2 good restaurants round the corner. The staff were without exception smiling and helpful. We were given a suite so I was able to work (I am a writer) in the living room. When we finally left the staff lined up at the entrance to wave us goodbye. If we go back to Siem Reap we will use Mane Colonial Classic again.
The parasol umbrellas by the pool only gave shade to half the loungers.
Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast, Supermarket (7Eleven) and Pharmacy just 30 meters away. Big room with beautiful colonial style furniture and Khmer style decoration. The hotel arranged also the transfers for a very reasonable price. The temples of Angkor, the very beautiful botanical garden and also the Angkor National museum (a must) not far away. Take a Tuk-Tuk always waiting in front of the Hotel.
