正式なホテルではなさそう。借り上げマンション的な⁈ホテルの部屋を何社かが共有しているのか、ロビーでチェックインできず、電話をかけて迎えに来てもらったり、部屋も施設も写真とは違いがっかり。

Pros:

アメニティグッズが無くフェイスタオルも無い。
フロントが無く特定の個人とLineを通しての
やりとりだった。フロントが無かったのが滞在中
ホテル側との連絡に不安があった。チェックアウトの際
部屋で待ってスタッフが来るのを待つ時間に不安があった。

A very very bad hotel apartment. Do avoid...!

Came into the apartment with a strong stench of chlorine coming from the toilet. It is a terrible apartment with dirty furnitures with broken, old fittings! Floor is dirty with stains. Beds are creaking and wirings from the TV to the Internet are messy. Toilet drainage is terrible. It is always wet without water being drained off. Soaps are not provided after the first day of stay. It is not a place to stay for a short term period. A very very bad apartment for a holiday. Please avoid at all cost. Very bad hotel apartment!

NO ROOM despite booking - had to sleep in airport

When I arrived at the hotel, I had to wait for 15 minutes (there was nobody at the reception). Finally, the manager came, only to announce me that THEY HAD NO FREE ROMA LEFT, although I had a hotels.com reservation. He then asked me to LEAVE (!!!).
So there I was, in the middle of Kuala Lumpur, at 3 am, without a place and without any possibility to book something else (it was already the next day). I had to go back to the airport and sleep there.
Do not take that risk. Never, ever book there. You have been warned!

ホテルというより、高級アパートの１夜貸しです。予約してから、チェックイン時はここに電話する様にとメールが来ましたが、今回は携帯を使えないので、困りました。便利な場所でビルのセキュリティーが居たので、その方に電話を頼んで、オーナーを呼んでもらいました。
チェックアウトも、帰りの飛行機のスケジュールで１０時にチェックアウトしたいと何度か確認し、１０時に来る（鍵の返却とデポジットの返金にオーナーが来る必要がある）と約束したのですが、１０時２０分になっても現れず、飛行機の時間を気にしてイライラすることになりました。結局、ビルのセキュリティーにまた電話を頼むことに。ホテルではないので、オーナーの対応次第です。こういった内容はきちんと表示すべきでしょう。
立地は抜群です。部屋の清掃はまあまあ。古さは目立ちます。カードキーを使った部屋とビルのの出入りの案内を聞いただけで、その他の案内がなく、少し困りました。例えば、シャワーや風呂のお湯が出ません。室内を探して、スイッチを全てオンにして、ウォーターヒーターをオンにする必要がありことがわかりました。このアパートのプールやジムなども使えるのでしょうが、何の案内もなく施設の場所も使い方もわかりませんでした。この辺りは、書いたものを部屋に置いておくだけでも良いと思うのですが、オーナー次第なのだと思います。
立地は良いですし、２ベットルームのアパートですので、家族連れで何日か滞在するには良い選択だと思いますが、ホテルとしてのサービスを期待すると、少し不満が溜まりますね。

Old fashioned hotel room.
Pros:

Location is good. Big swimming pool, but sauna not allowed for kids below 15 yes, which is funny. Good is old fashioned, not effective. Hot water not enough

Pros:

The property is very conveniently located, just beside Imbi Monorail station. The Mall within which the hotel is located is excellent. And other prominent malls are within walking distance.The room was excellent and the view is great. Great value, definitely 4 Star!
