Excellent front of house staff, back of house needs sharpening up.
Pros:

The location at the Eastern end of Perth city is good. The room was good.

Cons:

Car parking is expensive and it’s not possible to buy an all day ticket with multiple entry/ exits which is all the more inconvenient/ expensive.

Disappointed with the noise and disregard for other guests
Pros:

Restaurant dining very pleasant and comfortable
Room clean

Cons:

The fact that reception allowed very noisy drunk guests to enter and travel to their rooms late at night. These guests then proceeded to go into each others rooms laughing and speaking very loudly around 12.30/1.00am.

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

Our forst visit for a couple of years and were truly delighted by the changes to the hotel. Clearly, a vast refurbishment has been completed in our absence. The Result elevates the hotel to the 5 star status it deserves. Our Club Lounge Room was slightly smaller than previous, however, the refurbishment ensured the room was far more pleasant now.
The Club Lounge changes were wonderful. A very pretty and comfortable lounge awaits with staff who can only be described as exceptional: All staff we encountered were.
The food and drinks offering in the Club Lounge were a vast improvement on our previous stays.
A very much needed refurbishment which has improved every aspect of the hotel.

Great hotel in a good location. Highly recommend the Pan Pacific Perth
Pros:

Very comfortable bed. Good room and very quiet. Good gym. We didnt have breakfast included but restaurant looked really good, we will include it in our next visit later this year.
Nice bar to relax in and happy hour was great value. Good choice of beers and cocktails
