Would stay here again for the comfort of the rooms. Only minor letdowns such as large rude groups

The beds were amazingly soft and comfy. The staff were more than accomodating, and so helpful.

Cons:

We didnt even get to breakfast as when we arrived at just before 7am for opening, there was a group of almost 30 elderly tourist there on a guided trip who were rude, made other patrons feel unwelcome. Along with an african conference meant we had no way of having breakfast in a timely manner.. staff need to address big groups better and make staggered dining for large tourist groups, to allow other patrons comfort of having meals. The cost of valet at $65.00 a day for them to only move our car twice, and many other charges that were exorbantly priced.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Location, friendly staff, lovely room, great bed

Cons:

The hill street bar was a bit soulless, the mix bar was lovely but was closed in the afternoon

Didn't realise the pool was shut down for maintenance and our room was interconnecting with another noisy inconsiderate neighbour. We'd stay there again though

Pros:

Once we arrived, the staff helped to lift our luggage out of the car. Check-in staff were helpful and professional. Room was nicely furnished and quite spacious. I love the Jo Loves handwash and toiletries, very fragrant.

Cons:

Bartenders at Hill Street Bar seemed to be in a bad mood. Wi-Fi was not as strong as I’d expect from Pan Pacific, and Wi-Fi broke down on one of the nights (when I enquired the next morning, I was told there had been an outage in the area).
