Pros:

First of all, the staff at pan pacific hotel are extremely helpful and professional, I enjoyed the hospitality and service was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable with a relaxing atmosphere.The location felt safe and convenient and check in process was smooth. The smash burger was best burger I’ve ever eaten

Room and building are beautiful with a cozy and stylish atmosphere, would come again

Very good atmosphere, room was well arranged, AC was adjustable, beautiful bathroom, room service was delicious

No fan in the shower so got steamy very fast, bin was tiny,
