La pileta tiene un detalle y es importante… había restos de materiales en el fondo, se salían las venecitas y te lastiman los pies.

Pros:

Mi esposa tuvo un percance médico y el personal del hotel nos apoyó en todo momento. Incluso cuando nos fuimos a la clínica continuaron atentos a su evolución y también los días sgtes. Mención especial a Rodrigo de Guest Relation que fue especialmente atento, preocupado y cordial. Una persona extraordinaria.

Posizione, spiaggia, piscina, prima colazione

Cons:

Durante il soggiorno al mio rientro in camera, la stessa risultava allagata causa abbondante perdita di acqua dal soffitto. 2 ore per sistemare il tutto. Quindi disagio e neanche una scusa, un vauger di sconto sul prezzo, come solitamente si fa, un free drink , niente.

La atención de Shayne y Rodrigo. Pendientes de cada detalle. La vista, la comodidad de la habitación, la playa, el desayuno excepcional.

La atención de uno de los mozos, q me grito q no podía sentarme en determinado lugar. Estaba limpiando la mesa. Me quedé a un costado y esperé q la limpiará, sin embargo me volvió a gritar. Muy irrespetuoso y mal educado.

Pros:

Comfortable hotel and very helpful staff. The only inconvenience was that when I checked out, I asked for an invoice, and they told me they'd email it to me in two or three days. After several reminders, I still haven't received an invoice. So now I'm left with a company payment without an invoice. Very unprofessional, considering the same thing happened later at the Sheraton in Vitoria.

Me encanta, voy todos los años pero está vez me dejó un sabor amargo.

La comodidad de las instalaciones, especialmente el lounge del club floor con la atención de Agnaldo.

Cons:

Tengan cuidado con la contestaciones oficiales que dan por la mensajería de booking ya que en mi caso fueron erróneas, lo reconocieron, pero no se hicieron cargo del perjuicio que provocaron.
