Pros:

Todo excelente, desde que llegas al hotel. El personal muy amable y atencioso en todo momento. Las instalaciones muy completas. El desayuno variado y de calidad.

Cons:

Simplemente para considerarlo, la playa y la piscina al estar detrás del morro tiene menos horas de sol.

Ubicación maravillosa, la gente que trabaja en le hotel encantadora, dispuesta en todo. Volvería!!

Las piscinas del hotel maravillosas para ir en familia, la salida directa a la playa aunque no es privada pero al estar mas alejado es maravilloso, además tienes reposeras y sillas del hotel, la gente que trabaja en el hotel super amable y siempre dispuestos ayudar, la gente de la limpieza muy encantadora me dieron un tendero de ropa para la ropa mojada de la playa pq las colgabamos en la ducha( aunque entran a tu habitación cuando quieran a ordenarla y dejar cortesías chocolates, agua, si bien nunca me faltó nada de mis cosas creo que es mejor que pregunten si quieres que hagan tu habitación).
Maravilloso el furgón del hotel al mall de Leblon gratis. Igual cerca de todo y zona seguro. Los restaurantes maravillosos, la atención en la piscina. Las camas cómodas y una vista de la habitación maravillosa. La ubicación me encantó como taxi, uber te puedes mover a cualquiera lado, además cerca esta una estación de bicis Itau que las puedes alquilar, en el hotel también hay bicis pero te dan por tiempo limitado.

Cons:

Si bien el hotel es antiguo, hay detalles en la ducha como óxidos, que debieran ir mejorando, aunque es normal por la humedad que se hecha a perder rápido.

Initial check-in took more than an hour to complete around noon.
The room was not ready when we returned to the hotel around 4pm. Staff tried many times to change our room to different kinds of room from our original reservation.
We waited for another half hour, finally got into our room almost 5pm.

Excelente resort
Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy buenas, el desayuno fantástico, el personal de primera. Lo mejor: la playa privada. Seguridad y comodidad

Cons:

Está un poco alejado y hay que tomar taxi/uber todo el tiempo. Hay un bus que va al shopping pero el sistema de reserva es incómodo, al final eso desalienta el uso.
