Cons:

Room was kind of dingy, smelled like mold. Bathroom had several cracks and water damage and a mirror that opened up right to exposed piping.

Recomendo. Hotel padrão Sheraton de nível bom. Boa localização. Sem defeitos relevantes.
Pros:

localização boa, com bons acessos a ônibus e metro relativamente perto, e estratégico para pegar UBER considerando a posição na avenida P. de la Reforma.

Cons:

Quarto um pouco pequeno para família. Camas boas, mas tamanho standard (um pouco pequeno).

5 noches que me harán volver definitivamente, todavía hay espacios y servicios que debo probar.
Pros:

Definitivamente me gustó el nivel de atención y trato que brinda el personal, siempre hay una sonrisa detrás de cada acción. Las camas muy cómodas y la habitación acogedora, el hotel tiene una historia qué contar.

Cons:

No fue una experiencia agradable encontrar a varios funcionarios en la recepción, pero que solo una persona estuviera realizando el check-in. Como huésped, uno no tiene claridad sobre quién cumple qué función dentro del hotel, lo que genera confusión e incomodidad. Resulta especialmente molesto, después de un vuelo largo, hacer una fila y que al llegar al turno le indiquen que esa no es la fila correcta para el check-in, sino otra diferente.

Perfect location…helpful and friendly staff… communal areas of hotel good

Cons:

General condition of room poor …door of cabinet hanging off and overflow cover in bath broken and hanging down… poor flush on toilet. These things were reported to Concierge but no action taken … not standard expected from Sheraton

Old furniture but good location

I like the location and breakfast, and i want to thank Alikhandro The room service guy. He is very welcoming and professional in his job.

Cons:

Room is not clean very well. Room furniture is old i do not think it deserves this value. And bed is not comfortable I wake up with backache
