Stayed here for six nights using points and had dates in hundreds of Marriotts/Sheratons over the years. Good location and great delay but really needs to take a hard look at itself. Not a five star hotel and very strange layout with one bar (unresponsive staff who are more interested in watching TV or chatting amongst themselves) on different levels not conducive to groups more than 2-3. Breakfasts ok and not a great range for a five star hotel but management style staff hanging around watching others working and not responding to customers. Dinners good and staff very friendly and helpful but only one restaurant for breakfast and dinner which is odd as it didn’t have a great range of choice. Concierge not very interested or helpful but porters good.
The location was excellent
The room was tired. Broken sink tiles and wardrobe that would not allow me to use the safety deposit box

Room was kind of dingy, smelled like mold. Bathroom had several cracks and water damage and a mirror that opened up right to exposed piping.
