Great, but would prefer modernity.
Pros:

The breakfast choices and breakfast hours were excellent.

The hotel was fully packed with gym equipment, pool and other amenities.

Cons:

The rooms were not as advertised on the property pictures. Rooms were really old, walls had smudges, light fixtures were uneven. One bulb was white, the other bulb was soft white, top light was blue. It was a result of a headache.

The room TV was also really old, the view quality was below 1080p.

The hotel needs a solid renovation. It feels like it has been stuck in time from the 1980s.

(Good for someone who wants to live nostalgia)

Das Zimmer war das Geld nicht wert.
Pros:

Das Hotel selbst hat mir gefallen und das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer(1006)hat mir überhaupt nicht gefallen.Die Ausstattung im Zimmer und der Teppichboden sind sehr alt gewesen..Der Lärm von der Strasse war im Zimmer deutlich zu hören.Die Bildqualität vom Fernseher schlecht.

Great location and excellent for first time BA visit
Pros:

Not sure why it has "average" but we loved this hotel: location (close to everything in Centro) room w/ beautiful port and Rio Plata view and amenities. Would stay again, highly recommended.
