Excellent Stay and Experience!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this Sheraton, prior to boarding for our cruise. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location worked well for us to sight see walks to Recolleta and into Puerto Madero and around the nature conservancy. The Hotel restaurant was exceptionally good (especially for hotels) - we had 2 lovely dinners there, and 2 breakfasts, since it was so convenient. We would stay there again without a doubt.

Great Hotel in Buenos Aires
Pros:

Great staff at this hotel. From the minute you check in, you feel well looked after. The concierge lounge is fantastic. Alex, Daniel, Diego, and the team take great care of you. They remember what you like and how you like it prepared. Great service! The pool and health club are top notch. Great location. I was able to walk to great restaurants and shopping. Again, the staff cares about their mission to be of great service. I will definitely go back!

Great city hotel
Pros:

This was our second quick stop off here. It’s a lovely hotel. Friendly staff, nice lounge for titanium members. Lovely room - I used an upgrade award and got an amazingly huge suite - wish we had been there longer!!
It’s a large hotel as expected for a convention hotel, but still manages to give the feeling of a more personal service. I would definitely stay again.

me decepciono, porque supuestamente es uno de los mejores hoteles.
Pros:

desayuno abundante y la opcion de que nos hagan platos calientes para desayunar estuvo muy bien

Cons:

la habitacion muy pobre para lo que salio la estadia. todo muy antiguo. El cafe de bienvenida fue en un vaso de plastico y encima 1 solo cuando eramos 2 en la habitacion. Los accesorios tambien eran para 1 persona
