Lovely stay
Pros:

Loved the location. The courtesy call the day before was a nice touch and the staff are amazing. Sharon on the front desk......give her a raise. Best customer service I have experienced.

Cons:

Not a big deal at all since the lounge is downstairs but maby a kettle with tea and coffee in the room.

Excellent hotel, great facilities and perfect for a short stay in Limerick
Pros:

The room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. I was accessing the building outside of normal reception hours, and secure access to the building and my room was easy via a pin code sent by email and then key card access once inside the room.

Communication from staff was excellent on the day, with a courtesy call from staff following my booking.

Breakfast was very good, with lot of choice.

Central location making it easy to get to, find and move around the city centre.

A perfect place in the centre of Limerick
Pros:

The rooms are stunning, the staff are great and the location couldn’t be better. When I told the lady at reception I couldn’t make breakfast as I was leaving early she rushed to the kitchen to get he a breakfast bag to take w me, I love the parlour room downstairs and well the whole place. It’s my go to place when I’m staying in Limerick

Great place in th heart of LImerick
Pros:

Very beautiful facilities in the heart of Limerick. Staff bends over backwards to make sure you are well cared for and that your needs are met. I would absolutely stay here again.

Cons:

Room was a tad small, but worth the compromise.

A wonderful experience and we are very grateful for the service we received
Pros:

When we arrived yesterday we were greeted by the lovely Sharon on reception. From the moment we arrived She made us feel so welcome! She is such a lovely and helpful lady & she is a credit to the Bedford townhouse. The cleanliness of our room was fantastic and the breakfast was gorgeous! We will definitely be returning.
