Flight was cancelled so had to be rescheduled and we had to leave at 6am but could not refund for breakfast we did not have

Pros:

They are busy. I tried to call down to reception as the previous guest had obviously smoked in the room and it rang out for at least 3 times at over a minute. The weirdest was that they don't have the Hotel Hoppa and airport taxi transfer is 25 pounds = not cheap considering how close. I used Uber and it was USD19. I did use the lounge and the staff member on duty was really very very good and attentive.

Pros:

No towels. No tea/coffee makings. Mould in bathroom. Arrived with lot of luggage. No trolley available to carry it up to the room. Furniture in room a mess. Disgraceful.

The rooms are very outdated, the box spring did not have a bed skirt,the carpet is old. There are food trays outside of the rooms that seem to be there for quite a while.

Close to airport. Needs a few updates to furniture and carpeting. Has refrigerator for your convenience and large room/bathroom. No free airport shuttle but can make arrangements for a shuttle or uber easily. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful!!

convenient for the airport but the hotel is very dated a lot of noise from hallway and neighbouring room every sound can be heard
They couldn’t check me in until nearly 3pm as the room wasn’t ready!
The ground staff very pleasant and helpful can’t say l will ever stay here again

This hotel is quite a distance from downtown London, requiring at least a 1 hour journey on public transport (bus and train). The room itself was clean but very drab with a poor functioning AC and mini fridge. Other issues with the room were promptly repaired by a very capable maintenance guy (broken wardrobe and safe). The furniture is scraped and desk chair very uncomfortable for my work needs. I would not recommend unless for a brief visit close to Heathrow. I was there for a 5 night business travel. Not up to Marriott standards in my experience.

Will not be returning.
Pros:

Pros: good location, efficient check in, good sports bar. Good size room and bed.

Cons: awful pillows & hot room = poor sleep.
Asked for additional milk for hot drinks but not received. No standard tea bags or caffeinated coffee in room, no shower gel for a wash. Stain on carpet in room like someone had bled in There ! Busy reception for check out so couldn’t advise of the issues face to face.

Not impressed by my stay. Many other options on Bath Road to choose from. Won’t stay here again.
