Grosse décepetion pour un Sheraton.
Pros:

La vue de la chambre était chouette, sur la CN tower, les enfants ont adorés. La piscine de l'hotel et le sauna sont agréables. En revanche le quartier n'est pas très sur le soir pour sortir avec des enfants.

Cons:

Nous avons eu une chambre collée aux ascenseurs, donc impossible de dormir sans boule quies meme pour les enfants, le bruit était vraiment insupportable. Le personnel de l'hotel n'est pas agréable. Pour un séjour long, nous avons du réclamer plusieurs fois un ménage dans la chambre. Clairement pas au niveau des autres Sheraton, grosse déception.

Eravamo al 40* piano, affaccio sulla piazza con la scritta Toronto. Davvero affascinante. Letto molto largo (ci abbiamo dormito comodamente con il bimbo), culla a disposizione

Cons:

65 dollari il parcheggio dell hotel è un po' troppo. Però con quello davanti (collegato all'hotel con tunnell sotterraneo) costa circa 25 dollari

I enjoy my time staying for 4 days, except the room was not properly clean up.

The room and carpet are dirty. Bedding are not properly set up, especially when we arrived. But on 2nd day was good, I asked the housekeeping to clean the room.

Location? Good. Quality of stay for your buck? Disappointing.
Pros:

The location of this was relatively decent. The staff was excellent.

Cons:

The carpets were stained and rooms outdated (this is not a reflection of the staff as they did a good job of keeping the place clean). Very noisy from the events at the park nearby especially at night. Over priced for what it was. The internet was not free as it would ask for a payment method as soon as you logged in. I along with multiple other guests struggled with the elevator and key every single time.
