Goede kamers en lokatie, slecht georganiseerde ontbijtservice

De lokatie en de ruime kamer.

Cons:

De ontbijt service. Je werd min of meer verplicht om meer te bestellen dan je wilde. Je mocht niet bijvoorbeeld twee kleine dingen bestellen maar je moest van elke gang iets bestellen met als gevolg dat je veel te veel had en er veel weg gegooid werd. In deze maatschappij met zoveel armoede en honger vind ik dat echt niet kunnen. De laatste ochtend was het ontbijt een grote chaos. We kregen niet de juiste bestelling, misten de helft van de bestelling en kregen ook geen koffie of thee bij het continental breakfast meer aangeboden. Ook moesten we zelf om bestek vragen want dat werd vergeten terwijl het eten al lang en breed op tafel stond. Een ontbijt buffet zou volgens mij veel beter werken. Het was wel allemaal lekker, maar we hebben dus een deel meegenomen en aan een zwerver gegeven omdat het anders bij het afval zou belanden. Zonde hoor!

Excellent hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

Location is excellent, with distance to everything you need. Fun kids activities at the time entertained my daughter. Also loved the large pool space.

Pool was not heated.

Pros:

The location tells everything about the hotel. It has one of the best locations so you can easily walk down to visit many hot tourist spots. And it is also directly connected to PATH, the underground routes so people can avoid harsh weathers such as heat, rain and snow for visiting some hot spots such as Union Station.

Sehr schönes Zimmer und tolle Aussicht.

Cons:

Habe für WLAN bezahlt, funktionierte am zweiten Tag nicht und erst am dritten Tag wurde mir das LAN freigeschalten. Beim Check-Out wurde gesagt, dass mir die WLAN-Gebühr rückerstattet wird, wurde es aber nicht!
