Pros:

Excellent location close to an underground parking and a Subway station. Great view on the skating rink with food truck nearby. The hotel is very pet friendly.

Nous sommes déçus de notre séjour au Sheraton. Nous ne recommanderons pas cet hôtel.
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait. Permet de se déplacer à pied dans le centre ville. Stationnement municipal à proximité.

Cons:

Nous n’avons reçu la chambre qu’a 21h15 malgré un sms confirmant la disponibilité à l’heure demandée (17h). Visiblement overbooké puisqu’on nous a donné une chambre où l’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas. Un technicien est venu mais sans rien régler. Il a fallu utiliser des ventilateurs. Et se plaindre encore le lendemain où on nous a changé de chambre (une fois les grands événements du week-end terminés). Service au petit déjeuner également à améliorer. Repas correct (trop copieux), mais très long avant d’être servi. Plusieurs erreurs dans les commandes, et pas de service régulier de café. Il faut intercepter le serveur et espérer qu’il repasse avec la cafetière. Séjour trop cher pour le produit obtenu.

Parfait et très apprécié
Pros:

Pour moi , tout était parfait, piscine, propreté, personnel… bravo et je pense retourner à Toronto bientôt et c’est Sûr que je retourne chez vous

Lovely stay and great position for such a large city.
Pros:

Great position to restaurants and shopping. Pool was large and great for relaxing on the lounge and swimming.
Beautiful looking down in the foyer - rooms a little out dated.

Cons:

Lovely place to stay - traffic downstairs a little noisey - from room 1726. Glass is not soundproof.
