Comfortable quite small hotel several miles from the city
Pros:

Breakfast was freshly made to order with plenty of fresh fruit. The front of the property opens to the Dubrovnik River with rocky mountains in the background, very scenic. The patios on the first and second levels were great for gathering outside. The staff was very helpful.

Cons:

It's about a 10-15 minute bus ride to town -- not too bad and better than driving.

Bardzo fajny hotel tuż nad brzegiem rzeki, cisza, spokój, czysto, miło i przyjemnie 🙂 obok hotelu parking, bardzo smaczne śniadanie, miła i uprzejma obsługa. Z hotelu łatwo dojechać autobusem do starego miasta, wystarczy wyjść na główną ulicę i już jest przystanek, z którego jedzie autobus wprost do bram starego Dubrownika, dojazd zajmuje ok 15-20 minut. Autobus kursuje do późna, zatem hotel jest też świetnym miejscem wypadowym do zwiedzania miasta.

Cons:

Ceny w restauracji dość wysokie, takie jak na starówce Dubrownika, mimo, iz obiekt jest położony na uboczu.

Das war das absolute Highlight. Dieses Hotel war ein Traum. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr schön und das dazugehörige Restaurant ein Traum direkt am Wasser. Das Personal war outstanding. Sehr zuvorkommend und immer freundlich. Das habe ich so selten erlebt. Das Essen war super köstlich. Wow. Gerne wieder. Das Frühstück direkt am Wasser zu genießen, ist super. Immer wieder kamen Enten, Katzen...sehr cool. Das kann man nicht überbieten aus meiner Sicht.

Muy buena almohada. El desayuno muy completo, te hacen los huevos como tú quieres, y desayunas en la terraza junto al agua con patitos.

Hotel familiar amb instal·lacions renovades, molt còmode i agradable. Els àpats es poden fer al costat de l'aigua, a la cua del fiord, amb unes vistes precioses! Ens van recomanar que deixessim el cotxe al costat de l'hotel i que entressim a Dubrovnik amb bus. Excel·lent idea! Old Town és a 25/30 minuts de l'hotel i hi ha molta freqüencia de busos! Els propietaris, tots molt amables.

Eine sehr gut geführte Unterkunft in idyllischer Lage, mit guter Küche. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen :)
