Det var bra att ta sig runt, nära bussar och flygplatsen! Personalen var jätte snäll! Det var välstädat och fräscht! Allt man kan tänka sig behöva fanns.

Hotel sympa
Pros:

Emplacement idéal, accessibile à pied à moins de 5 min au vaporetto et à la navette aeroport.
Chambre et salle de bain trés spacieuses et très confortables.
Petit frigo dans la chambre ce qui est assez pratique.

Cons:

Notre chambre donnant sur l’espace petit déjeuner donc un peu bruyant pour les lève-tard.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr günstig, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und doch ruhig gelegen, wir fühlten uns immer sicher.In der Nähe gibt es einige Restaurants und Läden, sowie die Vaporettostation.
Trotz Smart Hotel ist man fast rund um die Uhr gut betreut, das Team ist ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Do NOT go there (it should remain a secret gem)
Pros:

Loved the location close to the train station and Piazzale Roma. It is a virtual hotel, but still very good communications via chat. Excellent value for the price. Nice and newly refurbished room. Loved the quiet neighbourhood ... and only a few minutes to dive into the buzzing crowds of Venice.

Cons:

You cannot really do anything but sleep in the room. No chairs, no table, not even a hook for a coat. Cound not get the heating running in the bathroom - was freeeeezing.

Mold in the bed room
Cons:

MOLD!!

The stay was disappointing mainly due to serious cleanliness issues. There was visible mold on the wall in the room, which should never be overlooked during regular cleaning.

Additionally, the trash bin was not emptied during our stay, even though cleaning is included in the price. This is simply unacceptable and shows a lack of proper housekeeping standards.

Overall, the cleanliness did not meet expectations, and the handling of the situation afterward was not professional or customer-oriented.

Would not recommend based on this experience.

Pros:

Su ubicación y fácil acceso, que tenía ascensor que muchas veces es raro de encontrar en Italia.
La habitación era amplia

Cons:

En el baño demoraba mucho, mucho en salir el agua caliente, le faltaba una parte de la mampara a la ducha y se mojaba todo el baño. No había donde colgar las toallas. El cajón del mueble del baño estaba roto, el calentador del baño no logramos hacerlo funcionar. No había vasos, una sola silla.

A un passo dal cuore di Venezia
Pros:

Ci siamo tornati per la seconda volta e non possiamo che confermare tutti i pregi della struttura, dalla comodità della posizione, a due passi dalla stazione e dai parcheggi, alla vicinanza ai punti più suggestivi di Venezia, in pochi minuti si arriva dappertutto, alla qualità degli ambienti, alla pulizia e all'ottima colazione. Palazzo Martinelli Dolfin è diventato il punto di riferimento per i nostri soggiorni a Venezia, grazie e alla prossima occasione.

Ruhiges und zentrales Hotel mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Sauberes und ruhiges Hotel in zentraler Lage. Der Piazzale Roma, der Bahnhof oder andere Wasserbus-Haltestellen fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Gutes Frühstück. Freundliches Personal. Problemlose Kommunikation per E-Mail oder WhatsApp. Codes für die entsprechenden Türen werden zu gegebener Zeit zugeschickt.

Cons:

Der Wasserdruck der Dusche inakzeptabel.

Pros:

Close to the bus and train station so leaving this place was easy.

Cons:

A lot of empty space where some furniture could help.
Cheap closet whose doors rattled as you walked by.
Maldy edges in the shower.
Water pressure nearly non-existant. The large shower head just dribbled water, the small one was barely usable.
Lack of any storage space for shampoo/shower gel. Lack of places to hang towels.
TV was unusable due to missing WIFI connection. No apps could be downloaded.
Serious communication problems - there is no one to talk to and they seem to selectively respond to messages and do not try to complehend what you ask them in the messages.
