For those wanting something off the beaten path, this is a great option. Close to the bus/train station in an area of the city with very little foot traffic. Room was spacious and as advertised. Check in process is very easy and conducted via email.

The location was brilliant and the apartment was just beautiful. It’s all been overhauled and just an absolute gem.

Cons:

Not having a receptionist was unusual but I used WhatsApp to contact them and ask them a couple of things and they got back to me straight away so that was brilliant

Pros:

It's modern and very close to the Santa Lucia station. Also quiet neighbourhood.

We have to cross three bridges to reach the hotel but most hotels are the same.

The location was very difficult to find, especially at night. There was very little signage, and I had to ask several people for directions before locating the property.

The room was situated directly opposite the dining room, which resulted in significant noise disturbance. Breakfast service started from 6:30 am, and I was regularly woken by banging noises, clattering plates and cutlery, and staff talking loudly. As a result, I was unable to get adequate rest during my stay.

In addition, the hot water took an excessively long time to come through. It was necessary to run the tap for approximately 15–20 minutes before hot water became available.

Overall, these issues negatively affected my stay and should be addressed to improve the experience for future guests. for almost 800 euros for 3 nights you can find something better.
