Worst hotel in Munich
Pros:

Absolutely nothing to like, worst hotel to stay in Munich

Cons:

Rooms were not clean, smells bad, no room amenities not even toiletries. Parking was so confusing that I had to pay parking fees multiple times for the period of my stay!

Fantastisches Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Omlette, Pancakestation, viele Säfte, Sekt, Mini-Weisswürste, Obstsalat und vieles mehr. Großer Pool für ein Hotel, Außenbereich mit Liegen beim Pool. Großes Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, Dusche und Wanne im Bad. Aufzug nur mit Zimmerkarte bedienbar für die Sicherheit

Poolzeit für Kinder endet m.E. etwas früh.

Very disappointing facility and service
Pros:

The breakfast was very good and the restaurant was very pleasant especially in early summer with bright sun.

Cons:

The room was very old in general, the carpet was very old and worn-out. The working chair was not comfortable.
The fridge in the room did not work and they could not fix it. The receptionist told me to go fetch a box of ice cubes at the bar by myself which I was really annoyed as it was their issue (the fridge was broken) and I had to go get ice cubes by myself??? Seriously???
Also the air-conditioner in the room did not work.
On top of all these, I stayed 3 nights and I asked the room cleaned twice which they did not, At 3rd time they finally cleaned around 5:30 pm, I had to kill a lot of time in the lobby until they finished cleaning my room.
It should be a top-notch hotel chain but I was super disappointed with this hotel...

Ich komme gerne wieder
Pros:

Von außen sieht es eher wie ein Beton Klotz aus aber innen kann man sich wirklich nicht beschweren sehr gehoben! Zimmer top sauber, natürlich etwas älterer Stil aber sehr sehr sauber.
Ich finde es soooo toll, dass Mitarbeiter von überall herkommen so herzlich wurde ich in Deutschland selten empfangen ( 🫣 so ehrlich musste ich jetzt mal sein)

Die Nächte im Hotel waren für mich leider nicht erholsam.
Pros:

Die Nähe zur U-Bahnstation. Die Parkmöglichkeiten im Umfeld vom Hotel (kostenlos, im Hotel kostet es noch 30€/Tag, ab 1.6. 35€/Tag)!!!

Cons:

Die Fenster waren sehr verschmutzt. Man hätte wenigstens das zu öffnende Fenster mal putzen können.
Dann wollten wir gerne zwei Oberbetten haben, anstatt ein großes. Daraufhin wurde ein kleines Oberbett, bezogen dazugelegt.
Am nächsten Tag bat ich darum, das große gegen ein weiteres kleines zu tauschen. Hat funktioniert, am Abend hatte ich ein kleines Oberbett mit der Bettwäsche, zum selbstbeziehen im Zimmer liegen (5 Sterne Hotel)!!!
Die Klimaanlage war dermaßen laut, das man kaum schlafen konnte. Ohne Klimaanlage konnte man es im Zimmer nicht auszuhalten.
Die Klimaanlage lief im übrigen, auch bei geöffneten Fenster (Energieverschwendung).
Das Frühstück, welches man bei der Anreise, für den gesamten Aufenthalt, für 29 €/Tag dazu buchen konnte (spontan Frühstücken kostet 36€/Tag), lässt auch zu wünschen übrig.
Wir haben es an einem Tag ausprobiert, da möchte ich aber nicht mehr ins Detail gehen! Ich würde es nicht nochmal wiederholen!
Wir waren einige Male in dem Hotel, das letzte Mal allerdings vor 10 Jahren. Zu der Zeit war es super!
Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und das merkt man leider sehr!!!

Seriös, ruhig, gediegen ein schöner Aufenthalt

Super Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück, super freundlicher Service in der Gastronomie und an der Rezeption!

Cons:

Zimmerservice klopft total laut ohne Grund um 8:00 morgens an die Tür und fragt wann wir ausziehen! Vielleicht sollte man den Herren mal sagen dass es eine Checkout Zeit gibt und ein Gast schlafen möchte.
In einem Hotel in Deutschland sollten mind 90% der Mitarbeiter/innen ordentlich deutsch sprechen können.
