Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, nettes Personal ordentliches Haus, etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Pros:

Das Zimmer war völlig in Ordnung. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Aller Komfort, den man von so einem großen Hotel erwartet ist vorhanden. Allerdings merkt man, dass das Haus schon einige Jahrzehnte alt ist.
Das Service-Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hat z.B. beim Frühstück gut gekümmert. Allerdings wunderte ich mich über manche Gäste, die meinten die Mitarbeitenden müssten sich noch mehr nur um sie kümmern.

Sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

Cons:

Wir haben zuerst ein zimmer direkt neben dem Aufzug bekommen, der die ganze Nacht Geräusche machte. Das war leider unschön. wir konnten aber für die zweite Nacht wechseln.

Pros:

Das Zimmer zur Strasse war leider sehr laut, auch mit geschlossenen Fenstern. Nach der ersten Nacht durften wir aber ohne Probleme das Zimmer wechseln. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Das zweite Zimmer war zur Arabellastrasse hin, das war sehr ruhig und angenehm. Die Betten sind ein Traum. Der Pool im Spa Bereich ist richtig schön. Den haben wir mehrmals genutzt.

Cons:

Durch den Teppich im Zimmer wirkt es etwas verstaubt und veraltet. Es war aber sehr sauer. Das Frühstück fanden wir zu teuer für das Angebot. Das haben wir nur an einem Tag genutzt. 300m entfernt ist eine gute Bäckerei, in der man günstiger frühstücken kann.
