Pros:

Great location, great breakfast, but what stands out at this hotel is the great team. We stayed three nights and were served by different shifts; their service was consistent both at the front desk and restaurant. A shout out to Rehan who was a great help and guide to Munich city!

I experienced a situation at this hotel that made me feel extremely unsafe. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to women traveling alone or in an all-female group.

Great stay with the family (fun, accessible and spacious)

Location, facilities, restaurants and great staff

Cons:

Two issues, one was long waiting time to get rooms next to each other and the second was a strong smell of cheap perfume + heavy cigarettes in the room when we checked in hopefully it went away after a couple of hours with the windows opened

Das Hotel ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Billiger Kaffee, sehr alte Zimmerausstattung, wirkt alles sehr abgenutzt.

كانت إقامتنا في الفندق أكثر من رائعة، ومن أجمل الأمور التي لفتت انتباهنا قمة الاحترام والرقي وحسن التعامل من جميع أفراد فريق الاستقبال، حيث كان الترحيب والخدمة على مستوى عالٍ من الاحترافية.

الفندق مريح جدًا ونظيف وهادئ، والغرف مرتبة وتوفر أجواء ممتازة للراحة ، كما أن وجبة الإفطار ممتازة ومتنوعة وتستحق الإشادة.

ومن الأمور المميزة جدًا، خصوصًا للنزلاء العرب والخليجيين، أن الفندق يوفر إمكانية تركيب شطاف في حمام الغرفة عند الطلب، وهي خدمة رائعة تدل على اهتمام الفندق براحة واحتياجات ضيوفه.

كل الشكر والتقدير لإدارة الفندق وجميع العاملين على حسن الضيافة والاهتمام. بالتأكيد سيكون The Westin Grand Munich من خياراتي الأولى عند زيارة ميونخ مرة أخرى، وأنصح بالإقامة فيه بكل ثقة

الشيء الوحيد الذي لم يعجبني في الفندق هو عدم توفر موقف سيارات مجاني خاص بالنزلاء، حيث يتم احتساب رسوم موقف بقيمة 35 يورو لليلة الواحدة، وأرى أن هذه التكلفة مرتفعة نسبيًا، خصوصًا لنزلاء الفندق.

أتمنى من إدارة الفندق مستقبلًا النظر في توفير مواقف مجانية للنزلاء أو تقديم سعر مخفض لهم، فهذا سيجعل تجربة الإقامة أكثر راحة.

Wir waren vom The Westin Grand Munich erneut absolut begeistert und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal: ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam, professionell und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und sehr gut betreut.
Auch die Ausstattung des Hotels hat uns sehr überzeugt. Der Wellnessbereich mit Pool, Sauna und den verschiedenen Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung ist großzügig und wunderschön – perfekt, um nach einem Tag in München abzuschalten.
Ein weiteres Highlight war das Frühstück: einfach fabelhaft! Eine sehr große und hochwertige Auswahl, frisch zubereitete Speisen und wirklich alles, was man sich von einem Frühstück in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie wünschen kann.
Ganz besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Club Lounge im 23. Stock. Der fantastische Blick über München macht den Aufenthalt dort zu etwas Besonderem. Gerade in Verbindung mit der angenehmen Atmosphäre und dem guten Service ist die Lounge für uns eines der Highlights des Hotels.
Für uns hat beim gesamten Aufenthalt einfach alles gestimmt: Service, Ausstattung, Wellness, Frühstück und die fantastische Aussicht aus der Lounge. Klare 10 von 10 Punkten wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
