Pros:

クルマ旅利用。大浴場のある施設を選びました。姉妹2人の利用でしたので、洗面が混雑することもなく快適。館内、清潔で整えられています。和室でしたがふかふかのお布団でした。たまたま月2回の写経会実施日で、参加させて頂きました。朝のおつとめも、お坊さんのいいお話しを伺うことができて、とても新鮮な体験ができました。

Pros:

The stay is very close to Chion-in temple and we were invited to join the temple for their morning prayer, which was incredible. The facilities were beautiful as well.

Pros:

部屋が広く清潔感があった。基本的にはどのスタッフさんも言葉使いが丁寧で好感がもてた。部屋のシャワーの水圧が良かった。洋室でしたが、和の雰囲気と古さを感じない設備の融合が良かった。

Cons:

それまでは丁寧な対応して下さるなと思っていたけど、チェックアウトの時あまりこちらを見ずにさらっとした対応だったのが残念でした。あと、冷蔵庫の扉が分かりにくいのですが、開ける時に手を引っかけるくぼみがあれば良いなと思いました。

最高でした。
Pros:

ツインの1人利用をしましたが、広く清潔でベッドの寝心地も良かったです。
お風呂は地下の大風呂に入りました。
初めての宿坊体験で知恩院へ早朝参拝もでき、感動的でした。ショップでもお目当てのお土産も買うことが出来て満足です。立地も良かったので夜は祇園は食事に行きましたが、宿坊でもう少しゆっくりしても良かったかなと思います。
次回は開館内で寛ぎたいと思います。
ありがとうございました。

アメニティで化粧水乳液があれば身軽に泊まれるのかなと思います。
お茶も伊藤園の美味しいティーバッグがありましたが、コーヒーも準備してあれば助かります。

高齢の両親と紅葉を見に行くのに良いロケーション、施設でした。ブッキングドットコムさんでハイシーズンなのにお手頃に泊まれて良かったです。
Pros:

高齢の両親と紅葉を見に行くのに最適なロケーション、施設でした。携帯の充電が無くなり、初めての土地で携帯が無いと動けないので、チェックイン前にフロントの方に相談したところ快くしてくれて助かりましたし、ありがたかったです。

Cons:

出発前に一階のトイレのブラインドが朝日に照らされホコリが目立ち少し残念な気持ちになりました。
良くないところではありませんが、お寺の施設ですのでファミリーや若い方には不向きである程度落ち着いて過ごしたい方におすすめです！

アクセスの内容でバス206系統が時計周りと反時計回りがあり、それぞれ乗り場が違うことを詳しく記述してほしかった。時計回り乗ってしまい到着に９０分かかってしまった。

Would have like to stay longer
Pros:

Beautiful location and views. Great size room. Enjoyed the public bath after a long day of walking.

Cons:

Not that it wasn’t liked but mean it more as constructive feedback to improve even more. The atmosphere and lighting in the restaurant for dinner needs a bit more warmth. Had the most amazing dinner but needs softer lighting to make it more cozy.
