Pros:

Quiet, nice street and comfy bed. AC and fan were great together and the WiFi was super fast. Nearly 300mbps when I tested it!

Phòng tắm nhỏ, có mùi khó chịu. Phòng nghỉ đơn giản, tiện nghi chỉ có máy sấy, tủ đầu giường chỉ có 1 bên nên bất tiện. Phòng nhỏ, sinh hoạt hơi bất tiện

Great staff and value for money
Pros:

Very friendly and understanding staff. Clean rooms with everything you need. The beach is just minutes away. And so is the “expat center” of Da Nang.

One of the few hotels in Vietnam that has an actual classic door in the bathroom and not a glass window or sliding door. If you like privacy, you'll appreciate this hotel. Very rare in Vietnam.

It's actually the only hotel out of the 5 we tried booking through Booking.com that didn't cancel on us last minute with outrageous explanations. I genuinely appreciate and thank the staff for this.

I also think the hotel is completely wheelchair accessible. Which is a big deal for some people and I think it’s a great selling point.

Cons:

If there are any small improvements to be made:
1) add an electric fan/ventilator in the bathroom.
2) maybe work on the wifi router a bit. It’s not terrible but it’s easy to fix.

Nice Hotel at Amazing Price!
Pros:

Everything from check-in; through departure was excellent. The staff were super-friendly and most helpful in navigating the local culture, etc.! Would definitely stay there again.
