Very friendly and understanding staff. Clean rooms with everything you need. The beach is just minutes away. And so is the “expat center” of Da Nang.
One of the few hotels in Vietnam that has an actual classic door in the bathroom and not a glass window or sliding door. If you like privacy, you'll appreciate this hotel. Very rare in Vietnam.
It's actually the only hotel out of the 5 we tried booking through Booking.com that didn't cancel on us last minute with outrageous explanations. I genuinely appreciate and thank the staff for this.
I also think the hotel is completely wheelchair accessible. Which is a big deal for some people and I think it’s a great selling point.
If there are any small improvements to be made:
1) add an electric fan/ventilator in the bathroom.
2) maybe work on the wifi router a bit. It’s not terrible but it’s easy to fix.

Everything from check-in; through departure was excellent. The staff were super-friendly and most helpful in navigating the local culture, etc.! Would definitely stay there again.
This hotel is owned by a nice and friendly family. I enjoyed my time here. The location is also very convenient to a lot of things near My Khe
The hotel is at the center, near by everything. Our family had a nice Tet holiday here.
The hotel is located near the beach, walkable. The staff are friendly even though we are using google translate to communicate. The room was great! Mattress is just right, pillows are soft.
I hope they learn how to speak little english, but no worries. Also, I wish they issue 2 keycards for the room so we can leave the air-con open. Might get broken if it’s on and off. I have nothing else to say, my stay was great!
We stayed at the hotel for 3 days, the rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. the staff are all good, they help us booked private tour to hoi an and to ba na hills, recommended nice restaurants according to our request, give us information about the city and weather, delivered our laundry on time and also made our rooms clean during our stay. Thank you for giving my family an unforgettable memories.
