Good hotel — one of the few in Lisbon which is convenient enough for the historical centre and has a pool and spa. Great staff and a solid all-round offering, club area in the foyer is really good if you can get access with your room. Only reason for four stars from me rather than five is the decor and furniture in places is tired in places, it is overdue a refurbishment. With that caveat, recommended.

After 5 nights, they did not allow a free late check-out of 3 extra hours, even though the hotel was not full.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Marriott hotels over the years as a Titanium Elite member, and the Sheraton Lisbon is right up there with the best.
The Club Lounge is probably the best I’ve experienced anywhere. The staff are genuinely fantastic – friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. They really make the place feel special.
What surprised me most was how generous the lounge offering is. Alcoholic drinks are available from 12 noon right through the day, which is something I’ve rarely seen in any Marriott property. The food selection is excellent and there’s a great atmosphere throughout.
A particularly nice touch was the live music in the evening, which gave the lounge a completely different feel from the usual executive lounge experience. It felt relaxed, social and somewhere you actually wanted to spend time rather than just grab a quick drink.
The hotel itself is comfortable, well located and the elite recognition was excellent, but for me it’s the lounge and the people working in it that make this property stand out.
I’ll definitely be back.
From the moment we checked in it was 5 star service Carolina at the front desk ( I think that's her name) she was kind courteous and warm.
Rodney took great care of us as we were traveling with our teenagers, he was on point he was always there to make it so fluid for us.
Gonçalo at the bar was a so professional and attentive what a great bartender.

Our multiple-night stay at the Sheraton Lisboa Hotel & Spa was truly outstanding and exceeded every expectation we had. From arrival to departure, the hotel delivered a level of hospitality, professionalism, warmth, and consistency that represents the very best of luxury hotel experiences.
The property itself is elegant, modern, immaculately maintained, and beautifully positioned within Lisbon. The guest rooms were exceptionally comfortable, the public spaces sophisticated and inviting, and every detail throughout the hotel reflected pride and operational excellence. The breakfast experience each morning was first class, with tremendous quality, variety, presentation, and attentive service.
What elevated our stay from excellent to unforgettable, however, was the remarkable team of hospitality professionals who work throughout the hotel. Every interaction felt genuine, polished, and sincerely welcoming. There is clearly a culture within this hotel centered around caring for guests at the highest level.
In particular, I would like to recognize General Manager Thierry Henrot for his extraordinary professionalism, visibility, leadership, and hospitality. It is rare to encounter a hotel leader so present, engaged, gracious, and genuinely passionate about both his guests and his team. Mr. Henrot represents everything great hospitality leadership should be. His attention to detail, warmth, and commitment to excellence are clearly reflected throughout the entire operation and in the pride demonstrated by his staff.
The Sheraton Lisboa Hotel & Spa is a tremendous credit to the Sheraton brand and to the hospitality industry as a whole. We left deeply impressed, grateful for the experience, and looking forward to returning again in the future.
