Their interior needs immediate and major renovation.
Overall staff was very cooperative and breakfast was excellent.
Tudo muito show
Had a lovely time at this hotel. It was our first time in Lisbon and it was easy to walk to a lot of different things. The staff was great and Rodney was very helpful with showing us around our room and helping with whatever we need. We will definitely be back again! Breakfast buffet was delicious. And the staff in the bar area were amazing as well so friendly and accommodating!
The hotel has a good location and a good menu; the breakfast is also satisfactory. The staff is excellent, very attentive, and even helped us when our son was losing a tooth. Our stay was very pleasant. The gym is quite interesting.
Just one note regarding the bathrooms and beds: the toilets are difficult to turn on and water backs up through the drain, in our case, the beds were very uncomfortable and we had difficulty sleeping. The kids' area is only open on Sundays, and the pool isn't covered, in raining days couldn't enjoy it properly, but otherwise it's a good place.
They do a very good job of taking care of their guests. It is a modern hotel with all of the services you might need, plus a great happy hour and great bar singer. The breakfast is full and very good. Very comfortable place, and the tallest building in Lisbon. Very good location in the middle of a lot of restaurants and near the tourist sites.
Fantastic service, clean, I never use the hotel dining room but this hotel is the exception. Very quiet room with a beautiful view of the city, elevators were efficient given the size of the hotel. The Location was a walk away from shops, metro, museums. Spa and Gym were well equipped.
Any questions asked about the room and it was taken care of immediately and efficiently. When in Lisbon, I would happily return.
Very good property in the lisbon business district, close to the offices and public transportation. I stayed here for three nights in the first week of February and enjoyed my stay. My room had virew ls of the suspension bridge and the Christ statue. I was on the 23rd floor that offered great views of the city.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good and had a very decent spread. There was live station too. There is no lounge but, snacks and drinks are served in the evening at the restaurant for elite members.
I enjoyed my stay. Looking forward to visiting again.
I stayed at the Sheraton Lisbon for a 3-day city trip and had a solid overall experience. The hotel is slightly outside the historic center, but it’s an easy downhill walk and very well connected by metro and taxis, making sightseeing convenient.
The rooms are a bit outdated but clean and comfortable, with good sound insulation and quality bedding. I stayed on a higher floor and enjoyed a nice view. Staff were engaged, professional, and helpful. Breakfast offered a limited but good selection.
A special mention to Nuno Rebelo at the bar for his excellent service—very kind, talkative, and welcoming. As a Platinum Bonvoy member, I received benefits; while there is no executive lounge, drinks and snacks are offered at the reception bar area, which was a nice alternative, especially with live music.
Overall, the hotel feels business-oriented. Despite being somewhat aged and in need of renovation, the experience was positive thanks to the excellent reception and bar staff. A dependable choice in Lisbon.
