Sheraton Heathrow Hotel

I stay at this hotel regularly for business and always have a pleasant experience. A special mention to Karam in the restaurant — she is consistently kind, and attentive, and always takes a moment to chat with guests. Her friendly service really stands out and makes visits more enjoyable.

Eat at the hotel restaurant/bar. Had great service. My server was.Shab and she did a wonderful job.

Check in was great. Enjoyed the club room. Definitely worth the upgrade. Beautiful breakfast. Lovish helped us so much with breakfast. Very friendly staff in all departments. They make you feel special.

Hotel is very close to the Heathrow airport and there’s tons of bus stops around. Rooms are always immaculate&clean and their team is very friendly and helpful. I would also love to highlight hard work of Paula, who works at the hotel and her positive can-do attitude. She was very quick and polite when I was ordering quite a few times room service. Very attentive&quick& has great customer service skills! She made my stay more welcoming. Bravo!

We had fantastic 2 nights dinner at your restaurant. We been warmly welcomed by mansi and served by Clayton. Te restaurant is very good in service and food. Our kid and we all have lovely time. Thomas said Thankyou all.

Great Location for Heathrow and the surrounding area. Smart appearance and good amenities. Friendly welcome and staff. The room was clean and tidy with the bathroom being clean and bright. Not bad value for the type of hotel although as with all of the Heathrow hotels the parking is quite expensive, if you can find a space.
Although the hotel advertises as soundproofed room, there was actually quite a bit of noise from the adjacent rooms and rooms above. The bed was really quite comfortable though.
Overall a good hotel with a few things that could be better.

Easy check in
Rooms perfectly functional and comfortable.
Bar area good, sports TV if you want it.
Steak / grill restaurant good and well serviced. Additionally we enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
Nothing to complain about.

Flying from Heathrow in August so we have been checking out local hotels as the flight is early
The Sheraton is now top of the list!
Greeted as we walked in. Helpful reception staff guided us through the process.
Club lounge was a pleasant bonus with a limited selection of food in a calm atmosphere. Unlimited soft drinks were an added bonus
Food was reasonably priced for hotels in the area. Wife had fish and chips which were delicious. I had the cornfed chicken which honestly was a little dry.
Service impeccable
Breakfast was very good.
This is now our choice for pre-flight stays

Stayed overnight before our flight to Mexico from LHR. Room was okay but little noise from the next door wasn’t pleasant. Had lovely meal in the restaurant. Restaurant manager Mansi was very polite and energetic she made sure my wife and I had a good time. The steak I had was delicious my wife had salmon which was good too. Our server the new trainee Soni was very kind. Had lovely breakfast next day morning. Amazing spread and so many options. We will definitely come again.

Fantastic space and very professional staff. We had our conference in your hotel on 21 feb. I am only attending today but the service is great. Mansi and slaydon helped us in everything we asked for.

We had our little meeting booked in your hotel. Mansi and her team went above and beyond, they explained us everything about fire exits , assembly place and talked about all the facilities. Enosh was very attentive regarding all the details we shared with him prior to our meeting. Food was scrumptious. We will book again.

Mansi was very helpful. After having a busy day she still managed to fulfil our request and made sure our dinner and meeting goes well. She was everywhere and very humble. She always meet us with same smile and energy! Very positive and helpful personnel. It’s been 2 years since we know her.
