I couldn’t compliment the receptionist Sarah enough. From the moment we spoke on the phone for the first time right the way through our stay she couldn’t have possibly been anymore helpful. Really professional!
We were allocated staying at the Sheraton by Virgin Atlantic. The location is great and close to the airport and local towns. Following problems Virgin end Vilasha on reception was fantastic in helping us get sorted and our family having the amenities we needed.
Would also shout out to Luis behind the desk who was so friendly, attentive and polite. Amazing service.
The Sheraton is ideally located for Heathrow Terminal 5, making it a perfect option for an overnight stay before flying. The rooms are very well equipped and have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The Cast Iron Bar & Grill is excellent, the food and service were faultless, and prices were very reasonable, not extortionate at all. This is a pleasant change from Hotels that have a captive audience.
There’s also a large car park where you can leave your car while you’re away, which is a huge bonus.
I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re flying from T5.
During this two weeks of training in Sheraton Heathrow Hotel, Abhinu and Ursula performed a professional images and provided an excellent customer service They are really friendly and helpful!!! They made my day.
We recently attended a two-week training program, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the consistently excellent service provided by the staff from the very first day. Their level of professionalism remained exceptional throughout the entire duration of our training. I would particularly like to commend Ursula and Abhinu; they are truly remarkable individuals. Please continue your outstanding work and your contributions to making Sheraton a wonderful place. These are the kind of people one truly looks forward to interacting with daily.

Good hotel, close to Heathrow t5. Friendly staff , especially receptionist Vilasha. Clean and spacious rooms, Food at the restaurant is tasty. Highly recommended.
Having just landed back at Heathrow after the very long flights back from Australia, we opted to stay a night at the Sheraton Heathrow to recover before driving home. We had booked a package that included parking at the hotel.
A friendly and helpful check in is all important and Vilasha was certainly that and in our jet lagged stupor she was a lovely welcome.
We settled into our room, which was very comfortable. Yes, the hotel is dated in places but it has been updated to a very modern standard where it matters and the bed, bathroom, room amenities and all the public areas are perfectly updated.
We headed to the restaurant for something to eat before retiring and John, Clayton and the team met our weary requests with excellent, cheerful service and delicious food. We were super impressed.
We slept very well, the bed was super comfy and the room quiet even though it was on the ground floor.
The next morning we enjoyed a really delicious buffet breakfast (£13.50 pp if paid at check in) and that set us up for the drive home and the bump back into our lives at home.
We highly recommend the Sheraton Heathrow.
Only a one night stay with our coach party , there was another coach party aswell.
Our Saturday night dinner very poor , it seemed to me that there is a different menu for parties like us , but if you are dining privately a much better choice, admittedly it will be a cost issue on behalf of the coach companies.
I am sure if they did a carvery it would be far more cost effective considering they are running the restaurant aswell.
Sweets cheesecake , sponge cake , not impressed at all
Staff not very attentive, couldn't understand basic english
The staff were very kind, helpful and friendly, the room was nicely appointed, the food was good and the hotel was quiet - even though they seemed to have every plane crew currently in London staying there.
We had a club room and so were able to use the club lounge. This is just off the main restaurant and has tea, coffee and soft drinks all day, plus some little pretzel type nibbles. Then between 5 and 8 they do wine and beer and a selection of hot food. When we were there they did tortilla chips and crudite veg with dips, a lovely kidney bean salad, bbq chicken tenders, beetroot falafel, tzatziki dip, continental meats, cheeses and crackers. We actually didn’t end up needing any dinner. The 9ish down side was that it is only enclosed by slatted wood with curtains over it, so you hear everything that is going on in the hotel around it, and that night they happened to have a Xmas party going on in the bar. But it is a minor thing really. As part of the club room upgrades we also got a cooked breakfast, which was very good. Lots of choice and nicely cooked.
We would definitely stay here again when flying from Heathrow.
Jay was fantastic host he made our stay very good and i have requested a bride to be card as well he had taken care of it it was a very special stay for us .
Jay was a great receptionist host. He’s very helpful and professional and his service is exceptional! No one can top his service!
Supreet is such a great host. She made my stay very comfortable !
Nice and friendly staff ! The room is also nice, cozy and clean!
I have stayed at the Sheraton Heathrow a few times now and each time I've stayed has been lovely.
I ckecked in for this stay and was greeted warmly by Vilasha at reception, who remembered me from my last stay. She was very kind and personable, and this made me feel very welcome.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the Lounge is very nice . The young lady attending to the guests in the lounge was very helpful and friendly and the appetizers were tasty.
And breakfast the next morning was excellent- the young man who showed me to my table went out of his way to ensure I had all I needed.
In all, a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is very easy to get to from Heathrow.
Great experience during my business travel in London and I would like to thank especially Vilasha at the reception for her wonderful welcome
The Hotel was great. The Manager and Jason made me feel at home! It's a very inclusive and diverse environment. The food is good. I wish the bar was open 24/7. It closes early.
I stayed here before a trip in May, and it was a disaster from the moment I arrived. The hotel’s systems were completely down, so they couldn’t even issue a room key. I had to be escorted to my own room like a guest in a building they couldn’t operate.
My booking explicitly included 8 days of parking. Weeks after returning home, I received a ParkingEye fine for “non-payment.” That alone is unacceptable. What followed was worse.
I appealed the fine, providing proof that parking was included in my rate. ParkingEye didn’t care. POPLA didn’t care. Both rejections made it painfully clear that the hotel hadn’t done the most basic step of registering my stay with their parking operator. Something they promised they would do given I couldn't due to their systems issues.
The hotel’s response? Utterly useless. No support, no escalation, no intervention with the contractor they themselves hired. Just finger-pointing and silence. I’m now having to run a chargeback for parking I already paid for, purely so I can deal with a fine I should never have received.
This hotel will happily take your money, but the moment their own failure comes back to bite, they vanish behind a third-party company and refuse to take responsibility. No apology. No refund. No attempt to fix the problem. Nothing.
This wasn’t an inconvenience, it was a complete abdication of customer service and basic competence. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
Particularly grateful for attentive Front desk staff - Jay and Nat. Always a pleasure. They take care to remember returning guests.
Amazing costumer service from reception host Daginder Kaur. Helped with refreshments and led us to our room in the hotel.
When I checked in I asked if there was any availability for an upgrade. The agent said "no its only for platinum members'. I let him know that my reservation and status says " upgrade upon availability " and i said " did you even check?" He said no. I was then welcomed to my room with a toilet full of urine. I did not go back to the front because I didn't like the customer service I recieved.
Fantastic service and great help all day from Daljinder. Would highly recommend for conference room.
Thank you very much
