Pros:

La habitación amplia y cómoda, la temperatura era perfecta. Muy buena ubicación para llegar rápido tanto al centro como al barrio alto. Me encantó la piscina temperada y el sauna. El desayuno muy bueno, buen café y la opción de que te preparen huevos a tu manera. Hay un bar en el piso 21, probé el bloody Mary, muy bueno también. Hay servicio a la habitación hasta tarde. El personal muy amable. Quedé con ganas de volver y probar los brunchs

Bello hotel, muy bien mantenido y sobre todo amabilidad del personal en Recepcion
Pros:

El servicio a la llegada, la amabilidad de la persona que nos atendió en recepción. La copa de espumante de bienvenida y además nos dieron habitación con vista a la piscina. Almuerzo nuestras costas en el Cid maravilloso, sobre todo la atención.

Cons:

Se tardaron demasiado en hacer la pieza el día sábado, nos la entregaron alrededor de las 18:00 y queríamos descansar en la tarde. Piscina interior podría tener unos grados más de temperatura.
