Al llegar y durante la estancia el personal fue muy amable. Nos orientaron y ayudaron con un problema en la habitación. Las instalaciones y la habitación muy limpia y en perfecto estado. Buen servicio en relación a todo el equipo del hotel sheraton.
La estancia con mi mamá fue muy agradable y estamos agradecidas. Si hay otra oportunidad, volveremos.
