De todas formas fuè una excelente estadìa ya que su personal hace toda la diferencia

Piscina muy deficiente la limpieza, es notorio que no se realiza mantenimiento de forma periòdica.
Desayuno, excelente el personal maravilloso.
Aseo de las habitaciones pobre.

La falta de limpieza de las dependencias era evidente, incluso al hacer tu habitaciòn era notorio que no se limpiaba y sòlo se mantenìa incluso la ropa no se podìa poner en el closet por la cantidad de polvo.

Taxa em dólar pra se hospedar que nao avisa no booking, $300 dólares bem caro!
os quartos sao encarpetados entao fede um pouco, o chuveiro nao é bom, ar condicionado bem antigo, café da manhã nao compensa pelo valor, melhor ir nos cafés da cidade.

Tive problemas com meu cartao visa final 6168. Forneci o cartao pra realizar garantia de US$ 1.600,00. A atendente me devolveu o cartao dizendo que tinha sido negado. Prontamente forneci outro ca rtao E fizrtam bloqurio dr 1.900!!! Quando acordei notei que os 2 valores haviam sido lancados. Reclamei e ouvi surpreso a explicacao que nao aparecia nada do cartao 6168. Hoje 28,5 dias apos, o desbloqueio nao foi feito!!!
