We had a fantastic time and will return again in the future

The location was perfect for my family. The staff were great

Cons:

The Water pressure of the Water Closet ( WC) in the Room we stayed was very low which made flushing difficult. The Toilet got blocked on our second day and the Staff worked hard to fix it but even then the pressure wasn’t great

Nada me gustó mas, todo pésimo relación precio calidad mal

Cons:

1. La estancia por 200.000 no incluye desayuno
2. A las 10.30 restaurantes cerrados solo bar del lobby se podia cenar y vendían papas fritas y pizzas
3. La pizza pésima como cualquier pizza barata de picada nada gourmet
4. Había evento de minería con gente curada en el lobby gritando y el personal no hacia nada (por que los mineros van y la empresa paga se quedaron tomando todo el dia hasta las 1.am con griterio)
5. Entraba el frio por las ventanas mal selladas

Una pésima experiencia para el precio!

Parabéns ao hotel, me senti em casa.
Pros:

Bom, como sou do Brasil, achei que tinha muitos doces no café da manhã.

Senti falta de um pão de queijo e algumas frutas como, mamão, melão e melancia.

Cons:

Basicamente gostei de tudo.

Pros:

Eu gostei pq é bem localizado num bairro seguro. Os funcionários são sempre muito prestativos e simpáticos. Café da manhã muito bom e o hotel é enorme e lindo!

Cons:

Não gostei nos quartos maiores não tem box. Só tem banheira, aí pra nós brasileiros que não temos costume de tomar banho em banheira todo dia é muito complicado. Até pq tem que ter tempo de esperar a banheira encher e nossa viagem foi corrida então todas vez que íamos tomar banho tinha que tomar em pé na banheira. Acabava molhando todo o banheiro! Kkkkkk só isso mesmo.

Excelente atención. Fuimos con nuestra Golden Retriever y tuvo un muy buen recibimiento. El personal atento y preocupados de ella todo el tiempo.
