위치는 최적 서비스는 제로. 호텔아니고 아파트 에어비앤비 형식.
Pros:

위치최적의 장소입니다.한국인에게 적극추천합니다. 주방시설 있고 바로 앞에 백화점 푸드코트에서 식재료 사서 해먹으면 최고임. 솔광장 마요르광장 나가면 바로 연결되고 그랑비아도 걸을 수 있는 거리입니다.

Cons:

에어비애비에서 판매해야 하는 숙소임. 호텔이라고 볼 수없음. 청소3일에 한번함. 저녁8시 이후 입구가 닫혀서 열쇠를3번 열어야야 방에 들어올수 있음. 가장 황당한 사건은 프론트직원이 체크인시에는 자세히 설명해 주고는 그뒤로 출입시에는 인사도안하고 체크아웃때 공항까지 택시를 이용하겠다고 왓츠앱으로 오전 8시에 연락했더니 근무시간은 11시부터이므로 그전에 연락하지 말라고 답장이 와서 황당했음.본인이 공항택시 부를거면 얘기하라고하고 나는 9시에 체크아웃 해야 했음. 4인가족이 패밀리룸 이용했고 방은3개인데 화장실1개라 불편함.
결론적으로 가성비 떨어짐. 직원 없는거나 마찬가지임. 그러나 위치는 최적임.

Good stay in a good location but some internal noise

Good location and, apart from the sofa, very clean and comfortable. Well insulated from outside

Cons:

The sofa sagged badly in the middle so wasn’t the most comfortable. Also there is no noise insulation from within the apartment - you hear every door, the lift and people moving above and in the corridor. You can also hear and feel the rumbling of the trains.
I should also mention that we received a phishing message from WhatsApp to reconfirm our booking which the apartment confirmed was not real. Annoyingly we then received another WhatsApp message asking us to complete another form which was full of spelling mistakes. I didn’t respond to this message but it turns out this was from the apartment. They should really send a message via booking.com to confirm that they were sending a WhatsApp message, or avoid WhatsApp completely
