Pros:

ソル駅からすぐなので出掛けた合間に休憩に来たりしやすくて、アパートタイプのホテルなので室内が広くゆったり過ごせました！
キッチンも充実していて長期滞在の方にも良さそうと思いました！

Cons:

サイトの地図に表示される位置情報が予約時に調べた場所と異なり、チェックイン時に担当の方とお会いできるまでドキドキでした(フロントがない為担当の方とチャットでやり取りしお出迎えしてくださるシステム)
クリーニングが不要な時のお知らせがホテルのように何かで出来ると嬉しいなと思いました(クリーニングがないと思っていて出掛けて帰ってきたら清掃されていてびっくりでした)

Amazing stay
Pros:

Great host and communication with us.

Amazing location for exploring Madrid close to everything and easy to walk everywhere from the apartment.

The apartment itself was beautiful and ticked all the boxes for us. Spacious, comfortable, and a lovely place to come back to after a day in the city. Clean and well decorated.

Also worth a mention, the sound proofing was just amazing. Given its location we were a bit worried that we would hear everything.

We didn’t use much of the kitchen but it was well equipped.

Overall though, a great stay in a fantastic location.

Would definitely stay again if I’m in Madrid.

Cons:

The only slight negative was that the shower pressure wasn’t very strong, so it lacked that refreshing morning boost.

Really terrific apartment and location
Pros:

Our suite could not have been nicer! We were so pleased with its size and comfort. Although it is on busy Calle Arenal the excellent windows made the suite very quiet. The kitchen was very well equipped and we loved having a washer and dryer ( and drying rack if needed). Christian met us and showed us how to work everything in the apartment and helped us get a taxi to the airport. We arrived by train and it is really easy to get from the station to Puerta del Sol (4 stops) and then it is just less than a block to the door. The location is terrific for walking to many sites and lots of food or easily taking the Madrid metro. Another note, everything was very clean and bed comfortable and towels very nice.

Excellent amenities in a comfortable suite.
Pros:

Location next to Centro, comfortable,Maria and Christian were extremely helpful, washer dryer with fabulous for long term travellers, coffee ,sugar,tea was supplied and a thoughtful touch, close to excellent cafes, restaurants, a huge supermarket right around the corner .

Cons:

We liked it all.

Super central, very well equipped apartment
Pros:

Very clean and well equipped apartment in a terrific central location, just off the Puerta del Sol, with its metro station. Walking distance to everything we wanted to visit. In spite of the late night revelry in the street below, the apartment is very quiet with the windows and shutters closed. Reception staff very helpful. Housekeeping every other day.

Pleasant and enjoyable
Pros:

Location is good and covinance to get to places. The home meet our standard and host was nice and helpful. He took time to go over the detail about the home and surrounding areas.

Cons:

There was a construction going on at night which made so much noise across the building which disruptive to our night sleep.

Cons:

Quizás falta algo tipo sal, aceite, más higiénico...éramos 5 personas pero mi valoración sigue siendo excelente.

Fantastische locatie, mooi appartement, vriendelijke host.
Pros:

Prachtige locatie, middenin het centrum van Madrid. Alle belangrijke punten op loopafstand, en zo niet, dan waren de taxi's om de hoek. Super vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Ruim appartement, echt goed te doen met drie stellen.

Cons:

Om de lift te bereiken moet je twee kleine trappen op van een paar treden. Maar dit was ons netjes uitgelegd met een video erbij.
