Dormir en Puerta del SOL
Pros:

La ubicación, comodidades y la excelente atención de Christian siempre atento a todas nuestras necesidades. A menos de 100 mts de Puerta del Sol, muy cerca del Callao, frente a los apartamentos hay un Corte Inglés con un supermercado excelente.

Cons:

Nos gusto todo, solo mencionar que hay una escalera pequeña antes de acceder al ascensor, no más de 10 escalones, pero a tener en cuenta, para nosotros no fue un inconveniente.

Habitación muy comoda y de excelente ubicación.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación (A 80 metros de la Puerta del Sol) y muy buena habitación: amplia, moderna y muy bien equipada. Muy buen servicio de apoyo de Christian y de Maria.

Cons:

El acceso. Unos pasos de escaleras para llegar al ascensor complican la llegada y la salida con maletas, Pero vale la pena

Müthiş bir tercih
Pros:

Tesis çok merkezi, bir pasajın içerisinden giriş yapılıyor. Bir binanın ara katındaki odaları yenilemişler ve apart tarzı işletiyorlar. Bina eski ama kat ve odalar tertemiz. Her şey yeni. Bütün mutfak ve banyo ürünleri eksiksiz mevcut. Çalışanlar çok kibar ve ilgililer. Puerta del Sol Meydanına 2 dakika mesafede. Tüm turistik merkezlere yürüyerek erişilebilecek bir konumda. Her yönüyle memnun kaldık konaklamamızdan. Tavsiye ederiz.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend molto piacevole in questo appartartamento.
Punti positivi:
• L’accoglienza è stata ottima: la persona che ci ha ricevuti era gentile, disponibile e la comunicazione è sempre stata chiara ed efficace.
• La casa è spaziosa, accogliente e ben organizzata.
• La posizione è molto comoda e permette di raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse.

Cons:

Il letto è un po' piccolo e il materasso troppo morbido per le mie abitudini.
Nel complesso l’esperienza è stata buona e l’alloggio ha molti punti di forza; quindi il letto diventa un dettaglio trascurabile! ;-)

Beautiful apartment with accessibility obstacles
Pros:

The location is amazing, the staff is lovely, and the apartment itself is large and clean, with a comfortable bed.

Cons:

I think the property should clarify that it is not accessible for anyone who has trouble climbing stairs, or even people with a lot of luggage. The apartment entrance is located in a pedestrian zone off of the Puerto Del Sol, so a taxi cannot take you to the door after 11am. There is an elevator, but you have to push open a heavy door and climb 10 steep stairs without a strong railing to get to the elevator. The apartments are located on the third floor of a warehouse conversion, and the ground floor is locked, and the lights turned out, at night. The place is outstanding, but please clarify these accessibility issues in your booking.com posting, so people aren’t surprised at the last minute when they arrive.

Tivemos uma ótima estadia, a localização do apartamento é ideal ao lado do metrô sol, muito prático e uma excelente regi

o apartamento é muito bom, amplo a funcionária que fez nosso check in era muito simpática e solicita, adoramos o kit de lavar louças novinho para cada hóspede, muito higiênico. A localização é perfeita.

Cons:

O chuveiro poderia ser melhor e poderia ter mais papel higiênico considerando ser um apartamento para 4 pessoas.
