ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING!!! The suite was beyond comfortable and supplied with everything...nice touch is that kitchen supplies are new and nice (nice cutlery, dishes/glasses, wine glasses, etc.). In regard to location...it could not get any better. You are in the center-center...but once inside the suite, you do not feel/hear the hustle and bustle outside. To save the best for last...the staff is BEYOND the best. Christian was so kind, helpful, informative, and the absolute BEST. I have been to Madrid many times, and this is our new "home" in Madrid. I will always stay here for my Madrid visits. Thank you! A+++++

Maria the person who worked at the front desk was so very friendly and helpful and welcomed us warmly. The apartment was really fantastic, very clean and simple and decor, very spacious, and really in the center of it all. We really enjoyed our stay.

I did seeing some of the reviews that I read before we booked that people complained about that street noise, but I heard no such thing and it was not an issue at all. The apartment was very quiet, nice and dark with pull-down shades, and really just perfect.

Excellent in every way! A+++
Pros:

Excellent location, very clean, safe, comfortable! And Christian was so welcoming, efficient and thorough. Plenty of room for our family of 5, right at center of Puerta del Sol, steps from square and Metro, walking distance to many places—Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, etc.The unit is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Will belie go to, the next time we return to Madrid.

Pros:

El Depto está súper limpio , muy cómodo . Súper céntrico y cuando cierras las ventanas no se escucha el ruido de la calle. La amabilidad y buena disposición de Cristian .

Cons:

Los utensilios de cocina son un poco escasos . Faltarían algunos elementos básicos para cocinar . Al dormitorio le faltaría más luz natural , tiene una ventana con un vidrio muy opaco que no se puede abrir . La entrada es por una galería, eso no es un problema pero la entrada no es muy bonita .

Christian was very helpful. Property was clean and comfortable. Location is superb. I also liked there was staff onsite for any issues.

Cons:

The third bedroom has a glass wall and door with an opening above the door making it impossible to shut out noise from the rest of the apartment when sleeping.
