Pros:

Chambre petite mais avec toute les commodités. Douche séparée avec vitre . Le personnel est très professionnel.

Cons:

Étant au quatrième étage et dernier étage sous la salle de restaurant, nous avons souffert du bruit un soir ( il y avait une fête jusqu'à minuit) mais surtout le matin à l'heure du petit déjeuner nous sommes réveillés par les raclements des chaises et des tables ainsi que les bruits des clients. Pour nous qui sommes des voyageurs étrangers le réveil à 6 h est bien trop tôt . Si l'établissement pouvait isoler le sol ce serait top

Great value in a great location in a great city
Pros:

Excellent location close to all things walkable in Da Lat, but off the main drag and feels calm and quiet away from the motos, traffic, and ever present horn honking that is Vietnam. We had a balcony room facing the city and the view was magnificent. Staff is helpful and efficient and they helped us organize a tour. Breakfast is simple but tasty and a nice way to start the day. Room was spotless and comfortable.

Cons:

As we were checking out, our cab was waiting to take us to the bus station but the front desk wouldn’t check us out until they had someone check our room. This is stressful if you have a bus to catch. Had they told us at check in what their policy was, we would’ve expected the delay and planned accordingly. Rather, it added an unnecessary layer of stress.

The room has no closet, no place to set luggage, insufficient space for our personal stuff. Staff are ignorant. Terrible stay.

A cozy and quiet place that is accessible

Very cozy quiet place that one can walk to everywhere

Cons:

We were on the top room with a slanted ceiling. My husband isn't that tall but since the ceiling painted white, he had his head hit while trying to get on a bed and in the bathroom

personal very rude refuse us accommodation also cancel booking because we not have original documents with us. we shows all photos but they want original. they say - it’s rule from police but they liars - second nearby hotel invite us very friendly without original docs

Great hotel. Friendly service.
Pros:

This was a great place. The room was clean, and the staff very friendly. My room was just off the lobby, so there was more noise than I would have liked, especially early in the morning. But all in all, it was a great stay.
