Rooms was too cold, blanket is too thin couldn't sleep was frozen
Charged me 36 euros per night, I left second day morning

Non e stato per niente positivo , i condizioni non solo quello mostrato in foto , l’albergo ( se si puo chiamare un albergo ) non e per niente sodisfacente , la pulizia non viene fatto , anche con la nostra richiesta , abbiamo verificato che gli asciugamani erano lo stessi di prima . La colazione non orari , l’ultimo giorno alle 9:00 di mattina non c’era nessuno da servirci .Sincermente molto deluso quando o verificato che con quell prezzo si poteva trovare anche albergi con 5 stelle , forse non in centro ma andava meglio pagare un taxi oersonale .

Innanzi tutto chiamarlo hotel è improprio non vi è una reception o punto accoglienza... "rivolgersi al bazar sottostante"! La stanza poteva andare (pulizia non eccellente) ma il bagno... dove era il bagno?? 3mq totali: lavandino di 20cm (dove non ti potevi neanche lavare il viso) e wc dentro la doccia!!! La colazione in terrazza sembrava da film: terrazza di 30mq con bacinella per raccogliere l'acqua dal tetto e il buffet improponibile solo uova(che sono quasi certa mi abbiano intossicato) e capelli nei piatti!!
Il posto effettivamente è centrale per la parte storica di Istanbul ma a posteriori sceglierei proprio un'altra zona Taxim. La sera infatti li c'è vita ma i mezzi pubblici (che servono molto bene la città) dopo una certa ora chiudono e quindi bisogna sempre prendere il taxi... il giorno invece se volete raggiungete qualsiasi posto lo potete fare senza problemi.

Personnels et directions très bienveillant et à l’écoute. L’emplacement est super. Ayant voyagé seule, je me suis sentie bien et en sécurité. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et je pense avoir trouvé mon endroit lorsque je reviendra. Super séjour, super ville, super hôtel et en bonus ils ont une boutique super sympa de souvenirs et autres !

Ayant séjourné seule plus d’une semaine, je peux confirmer que le personnels et la direction sont tous à l'écoute d’une bienveillant et surtout d’une gentillesse inestimable !

Et surtout l'énorme bonus est que l’hôtel est très bien situé ( sans compter leurs boutique de souvenirs super sympa !!! ) !

Je recommande vivement !! Merci encore pour l’accueil ! Je n’hésiterai pas à revenir !

We spent 3 nights here. Reception guys very very helpful and friendly. Location not bad, within walking distance to most of the major landmarks.

Ubicación perfecta, cerca de los sitios de interés y transportes. La habitación grande y limpia aunque el desayuno muy básico y repetitivo. Uno de los dias no arreglaron la habitación pero por lo demás muy bien

It’s a new hotel and the staff is willing to go the extra mile. They were great hosts and provided us with more than we paid for. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Ladders are very narrow and old or disable people can't go up. No elevator at all. Shower and toilet in same place and toilet become wet when you take shower. Bathroom smells terrible. Breakfast very poor. Doesn't deserve the money at all. It was terrible 2 nights for me

Petit hôtel agréable et sympathique. Situé à proximité du centre ville il permet d'effectuer un grand nombre de visite sans utiliser de voiture. Son emplacement permet aussi d'avoir accès à énormément de transport en commun pour pouvoir se déplacer. Le personnel est disponible et arrangeant. Je recommande fortement.

Staff is excellent. Great central location for Istanbul.
