Not the first time staying here and they haven’t disappointed. Located near the Wiltern, it’s a reasonably priced hotel. Under new ownership and remodeling taking place, if you don’t mind the sounds of construction during the day, this place is great!
Easy check-in and friendly staff. The room was clean and in good shape, though the bed linens had stains and my washcloth wasn’t clean. Overall, for the price, it was a decent stay.
The hallways and the common areas were run down, they used a very powerful cleaning liquid in the room and it was overpowering and didn't let me sleep, the property could use some renovations, the vending machines didn't work either so no nearby options for drinks or snacks late at night.
Acceccible area, and good service.
It feels a little outdated and old but the service was good and the people working there are very nice.
The room was very clean. Looked like it was renovated recently so the room feels spacious and neat. Great customer service at the front desk too! I’d definitely stay there again if I go back to that part of LA. It was just very close to the business that I’m attending and lots of surrounding asian restaurants.
1st night had to change rooms because the ceiling was leaking water in our bathroom, I had left for a couple of days and had left a sweater in my room that apparently housekeeping took and when I mentioned it to front desk they said they would check, but obviously never followed up or found it.
I liked the price and the location was very convenient to go tourist around. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The staff was very nice however the carpet in the hallway and outside furniture around the lobby and common areas was dirty the floor in the room was sticky and the bed coverings stained the towels were old and they used a very heavy smelling cleaner which was overwhelming and too potent we couldn’t breathe.
great
Not as advertised at all!
Stayed for 3 nights.
My family and I (booked multiple rooms) wanted to check out as soon as we saw our rooms.
Will not stay here again.
Need more parking lot
Third time staying here, first time clean and pleasant for a no frills, second time great service from front desk staff, this time dirty towels, used nearly empty box of tissue, requested clean towels from front desk and had go looking for house keeping to get some in the end. This place really needs updating.
Good :)
The staff and hotel itself was very nice and clean. The area around the hotel wasn’t the best. But that’s not the hotels fault. Would stay here again. Thank you!
very bad
No mattress in room. Only box spring with 2 inch foam top
My travel party chose this hotel based on pictures and reviews, but everything turned out to be a huge red flag the second we reached the property. The free parking was severely limited (8 spaces or so), we had to wait for 10mins for the reception staff to return to the desk, walls and carpet were so dirty, the doors were sticky and had to be slammed shut to close and lock, washroom was disgusting, no night lamps, no hair dryer (and when I asked for one I was given one that didn’t work), towels had stains, I could go on and on. Staff were pleasant but the property was just really gross and does not deserve the word “Suites” in its name. Expedia, I will have to call to get some sort of compensation because our experience was unacceptable… it was false advertisement and for the price we paid we expected more than a dirty motel experience.
Everything was great
Good location in Koreatown and decently affordable! Lots of food options around, and there is a cafe and restaurant in the same building.
Regarding the rooms, we were initially housed in room 214, which was a triple bed single. It was honestly in poor condition when we checked-in. There were stains on one of the beds, and the faucet was very weak. After a couple nights, we spotted cockroaches emerging from under the mini-fridge.
However, my friends and I want to express our gratitude to the staff. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. We reported the pests to them, and they gave us a complimentary upgrade and promised to apply pest control treatment to the previous room. They did note to us that they’ve had to do repeated treatments to that particular unit, so something might be up with that particular unit.
The room we were upgraded to was also a triple bed single. This particular room, though, was very nice! The beds are a bit on the harder side but are still comfortable. The faucet and shower had decent pressure and the room was very clean. However, the walls and windows are quite thin, so you can hear noise from your neighbors and from outside.
