It was convenient to my event & staff was really nice but probably wouldn’t stay there again

Great location in K-Town a short walk to the Metro, I’d stay thete again.
Pros:

Great location, wonderful staff, free and plentiful parking.

Cons:

Cleanliness was not great and the bathroom was run down but it was what you get for the price. I expected it.

There were roaches. The TV only got maybe 10 channels and only 2 were in English. The whole place looked run down. The area looked very scary

Good price for decent accommodation
Pros:

Spacious room, decent bed, plenty of shelves/storage areas, 3 chairs and a bench, overall cleanliness, parking included (2 levels), efficient WiFi, quietness being on the top floor (4th), refrigerator/freezer in the room, microwave in the common area on the same floor, AC/fan working, windows that can be opened (noticed scent of some type of insecticide - never saw any insects, but after reading a few comments on this, we were extra cautious in handling/storing food). Reasonably priced for a 3-star hotel.

Cons:

lack of place(s) to hang towels, noise from neighbors going in/out of their rooms (sounded like they were going through our doors)

如果只住一晚是很不錯的！
Pros:

中低價格在LA很有競爭力（也因此必須犧牲些品質）
前台人員友善
房間很大
走廊有提供微波爐
大廳飲水機有提供熱水
還有下樓就有很棒的咖啡廳！
自行準備好地板拖鞋、水壺、耳塞，這邊就可以住得很舒服！

Cons:

晚上實在是太吵了！
我的房間靠近馬路街區，又在樓梯與電梯旁，馬路上的汽車噪音，再加上旅客上下樓梯、電梯聲、聊天聲，要到半夜三四點才能完全安靜下來。儘管在客房門口有告示，入住客人晚上應注意音量，但效果不彰。或許前台可以在客人入住時也口頭提醒客人一下。
如果只單純住一晚，噪音的部分應該是可以忍受的，畢竟也沒有每日客房清潔服務。

還有清潔不太確實，入住時浴室地板有些頭髮

Personal muy atento y amable. Tienen fuente de agua para llenar una botella a cualquier hora en recepcion. Habitación de buen tamaño. Barrio bastante tranquilo por las noches, sin nada de ruido en la habitación.

Cons:

La ubicación es algo alejada de la zona turística, pero si tienes coche todo genial. El parking es bastante pequeño, y la otra parte del parking la comparten con el restaurante y cierra por las noches (con lo cual no puedes ni meter ni sacar el coche en esa franja horaria).
