Noisy and not clean. Great car park
Pros:

Spacious room with big walkin closet where we could store our bags.
Lift/ elevator.
Car park was a massive plus.
Fridge in the room and microwave in the corridor.

Cons:

The location isn’t the greatest.
Room is noisy: we could hear everything from other rooms (even at night!!!)
Strong strange smell in the bedroom.
It wasn’t clean: both towels and bed sheets had stains and were really worn out, many long dark hair on floor/ bathroom and walls (we are both bald).
The reception and the area around looked like a skanky motel from a murder movie.
Curtains in the room were ripped and the armchairs were full of dodgy stains.

Pros:

The room is clean, there is a microwave on the hall and hot water in the ground. Hotel is located in the Korean town, close to many Korean restaurants. But they close at 8 or 9pm. So, if you arrive late, you need to prepare the meal.

Cons:

The room is clean but facilities are not diversified. We must ask the receptionist for the toothbrush, no body wash and conditioner. If you stay for one night, it is so far acceptable, but not for a long stay.

Pros:

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Hometel Suites ist super. Wir kommen gerne hier her, um eine fair bepreiste Unterkunft aufzufinden. Wissentlich, dass das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist und keinerlei Glamour oder Luxury bietet. Aber das ist absolut ok, weil der Preis gut ist und man ein ausreichendes Bett und Bad vorfindet.

Cons:

Es könnte noch sauberer sein.

Für eine Nacht haben wir große und gute Zimmer und für zwei Nächte haben wir kleinere und sehr lauter Zimmer gehabt 😡

Einfache Unterkunft für einen tollen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Die Lage war gut mit jede Menge Möglichkeiten zum Essen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Es gibt 2 verschiedene Einfahrten für die beiden Ebenen. Die Tiefgarage mit Zufahrt von der Hauptstraße wird mit dem angrenzendem Restaurant geteilt. Nicht verwirren lassen. Parkplätze dürfen auch von Hotelgästen genutzt werden. Klimaanlage im August extrem wichtig!

Cons:

Unser Dreibettzimmer hatte einen komischen Geruch. Hat man nach 5min nicht mehr gemerkt, aber jedes mal beim Betreten des Zimmers. Leider auch keine Nachttischlampen. Beleuchtung des Zimmers wirkte abends sehr grell und kalt. Außerdem keine Steckdosen an den Betten.

Großes Zimmer in guter Lage, mangelnde Sauberkeit.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war gut um alle Attraktionen zu erreichen. Einkaufs und Essensmöglichkeiten waren ebenfalls Fußläufig erreichbar. Preislich auch in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war leider nicht Sauber, im Bad waren Haare auf dem Boden, die Badezimmertür war nicht sauber und kaputt. Die Handtücher waren voller Flecken. Schade.

Pros:

I thought it was good price, until I walked in the room

Cons:

I would not stay again. Soon as I walked in the room I saw cockroach on floor OMG. Room has so many cracks bathtub cold water are not working well. Room has no insulation at all. Curtains would not cover the lights from outside. Room was so hot. When I turn on AC. Filter has mold and smells weird. Also, there's not enough parking i had to go out to the store and come back after 10pm after restaurant close so i can park.

Un cauchemar
Pros:

Absolument rien. Une catastrophe.

Cons:

Des cafards partout dans la chambre, surtout des bébés (je pense qu'il y avait un nid).
Quand j'en ai parlé à l'accueil, il m'a d'abord dit que la personne qui s'en occupait pouvait venir le lendemain matin (à mon check out du coup) et quand j'ai insisté il m'a donné un pshit contre les insectes, comme si j'allais m'amuser à faire la guerre aux cafards.
J'ai donc demandé à check out directement, ils m'ont promis un remboursement (que j'attends toujours) et j'ai dû payé un autre hotel en last minute à 400e la nuit... Pour ma dernière nuit à LA, ça m'a bien agacé.

Pros:

Bonne prestation d'ensemble pour cet hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité-prix.

Cons:

Los Angeles est largement surcotée.
Je n'ai pas du tout aimé Hollywood boulevard, ça sent vraiment mauvais, après nos visites, on a hâte de rentrer dans l'hôtel pour prendre une douche.

Très bon hôtel pour un séjour à LA
Pros:

Le personnel est très sympathique, nous avons été très bien accueillies. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Le ménage a été fait tous les jours, ce que nous avons apprécié. Le parking est gratuit, ce qui est très pratique à Los Angeles. Très bon rapport qualité/prix !

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de micro-ondes dans la chambre, il faut utiliser celui qui se trouve sur le pallier et qui n'est pas très propre... c'est dommage. Le quartier n'est pas top, pas très propre, n'a pas l'air très safe... mais si vous vous déplacez en voiture ça ne pose pas de problème.
