Shawon was housekeeping person and he did great job and very friendly with professionalism. He made sure my room stay clean and always check on me for room supplies (towel, paper napkins, water, bedsheet and pillow cases).

I felt good and comfortable during my stay.

I didn’t like the WiFi. Very weak no signal and no one take care of any complaints.

I love this property it will surely be my first and favorite place to stay whenever I am in Dubai, and Mazza is one amazing manager at the checking awesome staff.

Se encuentra en una ubicación muy conveniente, solo a menos de 5 minutos camk ando al Mall Emirates, donde puedes comprar despensa, comaprar comida prepara o ir a los restaurantes, en el otro extremo del mall esta la estacion de metro y a menos de 5 minutos dentro del mall en la parte de estacionamiento esta la estacion de autobuses y el Hop on Hop Off. Nos gusto tanto la ubicación que decidimos extender nuestra estadia 2 dias mas. El personal muy amigable y el hotel muy limpio y seguro.

Stayed for 70 nights. Thank you for the team housekeeping especially Sameer. Thank you as well reception team for your excellent service.

Demanded a cash security deposit at check in, would not accept a credit card. No ice available at the hotel, had to call a grocery store. Most surprisingly - no towels in the bathroom. Called reception and they sent 2 bath towels, no hand or face towels. TV didn’t work.

Location was good and the hotel was clean but the beds were super hard and the noise was so bad every little sound echoes through the room from the hallway, the adjacent rooms and from the street. Check in took nearly 30 min for some reason even although there was no one else at reception. Poor communication the pool closed the day after we arrived for 3 months we could have booked better hotels with no pool cheaper but don’t worry u can still use the sauna, it’s the desert it’s over 40 outside I want the pool to cool down and as for somewhere to sit/relax at the pool 4 sun beds and 2 tables and chairs is not good enough

Decent hotel with large rooms including fridge, washing machine and cooker in the rooms. Good location and good value for money.

Clean apartments with all the items needed to make your stay comfortable.

Mr. Sameer and his staff are terrific. He is an extremely conscientious hotel manager who is always willing to help guests. The housekeepers are fabulous especially Aashish.

The management at the hotel is excellent. Mr. Sameer has assembled a terrific team of professionals. Mr. Mostafa, the front desk supervisor was very helpful.
