Near the airport.
The parking charge me $893.48 for one day! The AC was not working. And the front desk staff who assisted during my check in was rude and racist. You can tell from her face that she is not happy assisting her customer. And for that I will never come back to that hotel. Worst experience!

Breakfast hours. They end at 8 so you have to get up early.
The AC is not working, they said it is working, room is hot as a sauna, they said it will take a while, but is 11pm and it is at 80 degrees inside the room, a disaster

Everything, especially them having electrical problems where people couldn't use the elevators, the air conditioning was broken, no wifi, all for 3 hours from 830pm-1130pm and all that was offered was water. No refunds, no apologies, nothing.
This is our third stay at this location. This stay was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The front desk staff is very polite and professional. We stay at this location when we fly and the shuttle is reliable and the drivers polite.

Weather issues in the area resulted in missing my connecting flight and an unplanned overnight in Dallas. Initially I thought of the grand Hyatt which is connected to the airport- but it was sold out. So, I considered multiple hotels in close proximity to the airport and I am so glad I chose this one. It had the most friendly staff I have ever experienced at a Marriott. From the gentleman at check in, the restaurant staff, the upbeat lady at the club breakfast- everyone did service with a smile. My 11th floor room was newly updated, modern and clean. The airport shuttle is prompt and professional (call the hotel and the give great directions on where to stand for pickup). I will definitely choose this hotel in the future for any unexpected or planned layover.
This was one of the worst experiences for our entire community. Attending a large event with over 1,000 people should come with proper accommodations, but every afternoon the AC was turned off, making it extremely uncomfortable and impossible to focus. Even at night, the AC wasn’t working.
We were repeatedly told the issue was being fixed, but nothing was actually done. At times, it genuinely felt like the AC was deliberately turned off during the afternoons.
I would not recommend this hotel to any organization planning a large event, nor for anyone considering staying overnight—unless you’re okay with being in extremely uncomfortable, overheated conditions.
