Except for one staff experience the place was excellent. Other staff, facilities and restaurants were terrific
Pros:

Most of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Facilities including gymnasium and pool excellent

Cons:

When we arrived to check in we were met with a young lady who was not personable, did not smile and was completely unhelpful

Worst Experience
Pros:

Near the airport.

Cons:

The parking charge me $893.48 for one day! The AC was not working. And the front desk staff who assisted during my check in was rude and racist. You can tell from her face that she is not happy assisting her customer. And for that I will never come back to that hotel. Worst experience!
