The room was great and the bed was comfortable. It is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping

Cons:

We were there for three nights and had no housekeeping (no new towels, trash not emptied).
Although I know this can't be controlled, be aware that the noise from I-81 traffic is loud. If noise keeps you awake, be sure to ask for a room away from the highway or bring noise reducing devices with you.

I look for Hampton Inn’s when ever I am on the road.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the location off the highway was acceptable. Not too far not too close. We liked that the pool was outside.

Cons:

Oatmeal at breakfast was watery.

Great!
Pros:

We did not have the breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The location was great! We were there for BRR and we were a straight shot to and from the venue.

Cons:

There were a few critters (bugs) laying around. The ones I saw were all dead but creepy. They were water type bugs. No roaches or anything like that.
