Pros:

We did not get breakfast. The location was great and close to the airport

Cons:

Would love to have the option for a late checkout as we were catching a late flight and would have been happy to pay-

駅近で早朝出発に便利。

Cons:

チェックインの仕方がわからなかった。無人なので電話で聞くと、みなさんできてますからと言われた。私が理解できないのがおかしいのかと思いますが、わからないから電話しました。

寝不足
Pros:

設備も価格も申し分ない。二段ベッドはカーテンで確実に仕切られ、完全に個室。強いていえば二段ベッドがガチで高いので転落注意。各ベッドにUSB2つとライト付き。ゴミも捨て放題。トイレやシャワーは共有だけどタオルもあるしありがたい。

Cons:

とにかく夜中にうるさかった。廊下と自室は同じ部屋なのかな？ってくらい丸聞こえ。羽田空港前泊利用だったから4:30起きの早朝出発で、全員寝ついた23時頃に隣室に入ってきたお客さんの声が何から何まで丸聞こえ。子供の大声で全員起きてしまい大迷惑でした。仕方ないでは割り切れない。どう頑張っても快適ではない。漫画喫茶程度の隣人感だと思ったほうがいい。

Short, necessary, unpleasant.
Pros:

Not much, it's close to the airport, that's about it.

Cons:

The online check in is horrible. You're standing in front of your door, struggling to take photos of your passport and doing selfies before having access to a room you already paid for And there's not even a chair to sit on when you arrive.

Great location, good value & very comfortable.
Pros:

Beautiful area, amazing value for money close to lots of shops and train stations . Had air conditioning and heating and was very comfortable for three people. Owner was very responsive

Cons:

Shared shower was an ideal but makes sense with the price!

Bon point de départ pour Tokyo
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, à 20 min à pied seulement de l'aéroport d'Haneda, proche d'une gare et donne un accès facile à Tokyo.
Toilette et douche placée proche de la chambre.

Cons:

Chambre légèrement petite pour un groupe de 3, dur de déposer les valises de chacuns

Cons:

Stayed at Ikidane Cozy Hotel Haneda Airport. The family room was very narrow — once we placed a suitcase, we could barely move. The room felt congested, and the cups were dirty with stains.

Despite the convenient airport location, the hotel was extremely noisy, with sounds easily heard from outside and other rooms. Towels had a slight smell, and hot water at the washbasin took too long.
