Pros:

It’s was great for a layover so it’s was perfect in terms of the location and the price.

Cons:

I had a horrible experience as it looked like the sheets won’t changed in one bed as the sheet had blood stains.

Cons:

The Hotel seemed to be overbooked so we where transfered to a close Hotel that we needed to walk to with lots of bags. I booked the Hotel because it was close to the train station but be aware, they might but you a kilometer away on short notice.

Good value of the money however didn’t realize the room available for us is on the 2nd floor
Pros:

Close to the Haneda airport

Cons:

For 6 of us, we have to go up the stairs to carry our luggage and it being late at night was not convenient.
