Были в отеле в середине сентября.
Номер — Royal Club. Красивый, удобный, всё необходимое есть: кофемашина, чайник, мини-бар. Здесь действительно комфортно.
А вот с обслуживанием номеров есть нюанс: практически всё нужно идти и просить самостоятельно 🙂 Гель для тела и шампунь находятся в одном флаконе, поэтому шампунь лучше взять с собой.
Территория большая и ухоженная — красивый парк, много дорожек, есть где погулять.
Зона бассейна выглядит довольно грустно, а сам бассейн — отдельная печаль. Вода была грязная, в ней листья и песок. Для отеля такого уровня это, на мой взгляд, большой минус.
Ресторан и питание. Выбор большой, еды много, готовят хорошо. Алкоголь качественный, кофе вкусный — здесь претензий нет.
Пляжные полотенца выдаются под депозит 10 €. При этом точка выдачи на пляже практически всё время была закрыта, поэтому за полотенцами приходилось идти на ресепшен.
В целом создаётся впечатление, что персонал отеля работает немного неслаженно — как будто это ещё не совсем сработанная команда. Где-то всё отлично, а где-то приходится самому напоминать, искать и решать вопросы.
В итоге впечатления смешанные: красивый номер, большая территория, хорошее питание и напитки — это плюсы. Но состояние бассейна, организация некоторых сервисов и работа персонала заметно портят общее впечатление от отдыха.

Everything was very nice, the staff very friendly, clean and all the comfort and ammenities for a pleasant stay. Food is varied, fresh and entertainment is also available in various forms.
No critique, since this is our maybe 5th visit here and we will return for sure. We are supporting sustainability and are anti food waste, still sometimes some courses are recycled from previous meals. No complains.

We loved having a sea view and seeing spectacular sunrises, the fact that the hotel provides a beach area with sunbeds and umbrellas, and that small events are organized.
There are a few things that need improvement. 1. Although mine was the first check-in of the day, it didn't happen until 2:45 PM. This indicates poor coordination regarding the rooms, given that check-out is at 11:00 AM.
2. The seaweed washed up on the beach was never removed, even though I informed reception about the unpleasant odor and pointed out that cleaning it up would be a very simple task.
3. The food was quite repetitive, or served repurposed in a different form. The "English breakfast" option is completely pointless; in eight days, I saw only one person take anything from that section.
4. The pillows are not good.
5. I had to request a drying rack for clothes and towels.
6. At check-in, I wasn't informed about the beach towels. I later found out they could be obtained by leaving a deposit. I offered to use my card for the deposit, but they insisted I withdraw cash (euros) from an ATM. I happened to learn later that a deposit in RON (Romanian currency) was also an option.
Komfortowy, czysty, duży pokój z pięknym widokiem na morze. Ogromny wybór dań i napojów podczas wszystkich posiłków. Duży teren ośrodka. Własna plaża. Wszystko w najlepszym porządku.
Basen nieco przestarzały. Nawierzchnia parkingu wymaga remontu. Poza tym wszystko super.
The Royal extra's are very nice, with especially the Royal beach and the bar.
Staff was very friendly and helpful when asked for something.
Parking close to the room is an extra plus.
The toilet in the room had a problem, the water kept on running. And despite notifying reception twice, even after the so-called repair, it still had the same problem.
Every year, the vegetarian/vegan options seem to be fewer and fewer, which is surprising, as this is a growing group of people. I would strongly advise to adjust this.

Ambele piscine murdare, pline de nisip. Marginea piscinei pentru adulți este maro. Este al 4lea an consecutiv când am revenit dar anul acesta a fost diferit și nu cred ca voi mai reveni.

6. The hours for the meals were really flexible (like breakfast from 7:30 to 10:00)
7. The room was really big and clean, the cleaners came in every day
8. They were super nice and they gave us a bottle of red wine when we left as gift from them which never happened to me before from a place where I stayed, I really really liked that.
1. Let’s start with the food, which was my biggest disappointment. Every day basically the same thing. I was expecting to have at dinner some themed meals but we had that only on Friday and Saturday and it was meh.
2. The variety of food wasn’t great. As I said, basically the same thing every day at every meal. Yes, the sweets were various but the taste wasn’t great.
3. The way the food was cooked. Every single thing had tones of oil in it which for me it’s a big no since I eat really clean and basic. Even the legumes that were supposed to be grilled were practically having a bath in oil.
4. There were vegetarian options but not too many unfortunately.
5. I was talking about the warm foods now, but every day we had a table full of cold foods like cheese and salami and salads. Every day the same food. Not even a bit of something different.
6. Also there was a thing that made me pretty mad and for the people to come - don’t come before 11:00 cause you’ll be waiting at the gate. They wouldn’t let us in to at least park the car to go to the beach. We knew the check-in was after 15:00 and we didn’t even wanted to have the room earlier than that, we just wanted to park the car within the complex to be able to go change in swimsuits and go to the beach. But we had to wait at the gate more than an hour until 11:00 to let us in for whatever reason they had we don’t know. Also in the confirmation message we received there was no mention about this particular procedure cause if we knew in advance, we would’ve come later.
Basically it was a nice stay but I have been before to all inclusive and this one was pretty disappointing. Unfortunately I won’t come again.

Totul a fost superb. Am ales acest resort datorită multelor recenzii favorabile, Când am ajuns, am realizat faptul pentru care , cei care au fost o dată, au mai revenit. Dacă voi mai vizita litoralul bulgăresc, acest resort, este singura mea opțiune. Voi reveni cu drag în acest minunat loc!

Personalul zambitor tot timpul,mancarea foarte buna,animatorii extraordinari..plaja superba...chiar nu am nimic de reprosat. Aici gasesti tot ce-ti doresti.
