Pros:

Locație excelentă. Personalul amabil și profesionist. Un plus pt dl.Vlad de la recepție care vorbind si limba română ne-a ajutat să rezolvam o problemă delicată de care a depins calitatea sejurului. La bucătărie personal profesionist si amabil. În special doamnele de la preparat omleta personalizată.

Camere curate, dar prosoapele tocite si invechite.

Cons:

Pardoseala este din ceramica, nu exista papuci si halate. Am cerut la receptie si am primit papuci cu greu. Bauturile de la all inclusive sunt inferioare conceptului promis. Barul din camera inclus in ultra all inclusive conține de fapt 2 beri la doza, o doza de Coca Cola si o doza de suc in cutie de carton.pt copii. Nu se poate spune ca se incadreaza in conditiile minime de ultra all inclusive. MARE PACAT! in urma cu cativa ani acest hotel chiar era o referință pt litoralul bulgaresc.
