We spend a few days in the Sharaton Grand Tel Aviv celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary and we had a wonderful time. We loved the beach and the Executive Lounge Club and particularly the on going attention of Mary Ann. Her attention to detail and the high level of service was outstanding. Excellent hotel! Excellent staff! Perfect location! The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The coffee and amenities in the room were excellent. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone. The hotel atmosphere is that of first class service. I had the privilege of using the lounge and it was first class all the way. The wines and drinks were excellent and the food was well prepared and plentiful. I would like to especially mention Elena, Mazal and Adan who were very professional and attentive and made our visit to the lounge a great experience!!

In my opinion it’s the best beach front hotel in TLV, both lobby and dining room face the sea, I’ve stayed there before and booked it again. the room is very comfortable and service is excellent. The pool is nice with comfort beds and big seating area.
The shower room is quite small but the shower itself is very good

Had a great experience at the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv Club Lounge. The lounge is always clean, comfortable, and has a great selection of food and drinks every evening. The food is always fresh, well balanced, and made with high quality ingredients.
The crew is incredibly attentive and always makes you feel welcome. A very special thanks to Adán, who consistently went above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable. I also want to thank Elena and Zenayda, who were always friendly, attentive, and professional. Of course, I don't want to leave out the rest of the staff, who all contributed to making the lounge such a great experience for me and my colleagues.

The very best place. Elena, Martin, Adam, Maria in the lounge were BEYOND warm and kind to my family - the young chaps by the pool were lovely - i adore this hotel which is why i always stay here if coming to israel. also - i adore the pool and view of the sea from it.
Egos was our second stay here. While it offered standard Sheraton service, I found the new-fangled lighting system confusing and the shower controls as well. They offered no instructions for any of this. Breakfast was good but not as good as the other 2 hotels we stayed at during this trip.

This place was great! The lounge had great selections and the service was amazing. Adam, Elana, and Zenaida made sure our needs were met, our glasses were full, and the atmosphere was inviting. They kept the lounge open for the World Cup game and ensured we all had a great time.
