I travel quite a bit, and the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv Club Lounge experience truly deserves recognition. From the moment I started using the lounge during my stay, the level of hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine warmth from the team made a real difference.
A special thank you to Mazal who clearly runs the lounge with professionalism and heart. It’s obvious that the high standards there come from strong leadership. Mazal creates an atmosphere where guests feel welcome and taken care of, and the team reflects that.
I also want to recognize several members of the staff who consistently went above and beyond: Elena, Maria, Adam, Anna, Anastasiya, Mary Ann, Zenaida, Marilyn, Grace, and Alex. Each of them was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. Whether it was remembering small preferences, offering recommendations, or simply greeting guests with a warm smile, they made the lounge feel less like a hotel amenity and more like a place you actually look forward to visiting during the day.
The lounge itself is excellent — great views of the Mediterranean, a relaxed atmosphere, and a very well-presented breakfast, day offerings, and dinner. But what really makes it special is the people. Their service is personal, professional, and consistently thoughtful.
If you’re staying at the Sheraton Tel Aviv, having access to the Grand Club Lounge is absolutely worth it. The team there turns an already great hotel stay into something memorable.
Five stars without hesitation.
Tout est parfait, emplacement, confort et service.
We’ve stayed at the Sheraton Tel Aviv multiple times for different events and occasions, and every single time they have maintained an exceptionally high standard. Consistency like this is rare, and it’s one of the reasons we keep coming back.
The renovated rooms are absolutely incredible — modern, beautifully designed, spacious, and always spotless. You can really feel the attention to detail and quality throughout the hotel. The food is amazing as well — rich, fresh, and varied, whether it’s breakfast or special event catering.
What truly makes the experience outstanding, though, is the staff. The service is warm, professional, and genuinely caring.
A special thank you to Henri from the reception. He is always there with a smile, always willing to help, and truly goes above and beyond. He makes a point of asking whether we’re celebrating anything special, and whenever we are, he makes sure there’s a thoughtful treat waiting for us in the room. Those personal touches make all the difference and turn a great stay into a memorable one.
Highly recommended — we’re already looking forward to our next visit!
Amazing experiences, club lounge is probably the best I’ve been to in all my travels. Anna, Mazal and Anastaysa were especially helpful and thoughtful. Can’t say enough good things! Look forward to coming back soon.
I’ve been staying at the Sheraton Grand for a while now and I can confidently say that the lounge staff have made my experience truly exceptional.
From day one, Anastasia, Mary Ann, Elena, and Zenaida have all been consistently warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. They each bring such a welcoming energy to the lounge, always attentive and ready to assist with anything needed. Their friendliness and dedication create an atmosphere that feels both comfortable and refined.
However, I would especially like to recognize Anna, who truly stood out during my stay. She has a uniquely charismatic attitude and an enthusiastically charming presence that immediately brightens the room. Anna is lively, genuinely kind, and always happy to assist in any way possible. Her positive energy is contagious, and she goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel valued and cared for. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines professionalism with such natural warmth and authenticity.
Because of this outstanding team, my long stay has been not just comfortable, but genuinely enjoyable. The lounge experience at the Sheraton Grand has been a highlight of my time here, and I’m very grateful for their exceptional service.
Always enjoy my stay at this property. Conveniently located right on the beach close to everything. The breakfast buffet & the executive lounge are well equipped with a variety of fresh food such as salads & fish dishes & drinks. Shoutout to Anastassiya always there to greet her clients with a warm welcome & lovely smile while making sure the lounge is ran smoothly for the guests. Thanks as well to Anna & Marlin taking care of the service in the lounge!
Staff members are very friendly and were very helpful. The location is very comfortable me close to a lot of things.
I stayed there for two nights, booked (as Platinum Elite) a Deluxe Seafront Twin and got "upgraded" to a Seaview Twin on an Exec floor.
Positives:
- The breakfast buffet was phantastic.
- The lounge was comfortable, staff was friendly, quality and quantity of food and drinks there were exceptional.
- The bed/mattress was tight and comfortable.
- Room and bathroom clean and not too small.
- The check-in procedure was on the exec floor (18th), not in the lobby. Staff was friendly there (not so much in the lobby).
- The promenade is just two minutes away and you can walk there for hours.
- The area seems pretty safe.
Negatives:
- The balcony door didn't properly close and, as a consequence, strong wind created a loud noise.
- I decided to book a seafront room (which costs a little more) instead of a seaview room. However, we ended up in a seaview room, which means you see the shore line and the city. Depending on what you prefer, this might be even more interesting, but it came with a lot of street noise (cars etc.). It would have been less noisy with a seafront room. Besides that, the fact that you get a room on the Exec floor (still need to change floors to get to the lounge) doesn't make this better than any other high floor. Thus, I am still not sure whether they made a bad joke or whether they really thought this was an upgrade. It felt like a downgrade... This is not how you treat your loyal customers. They should at least ask...
I would use this hotel again when in Tel Aviv. I am currently writing this review in the Hilton, which is in walking distance, and the guests, staff and atmosphere there are not the same (...).
In general tel Aviv have terrible hotels but of course it’s the best city in the world so I thought i will try the Sheraton . I stay at Marriott owned hotels all year however this is the not worthy of the brand. This last stay has made me realise only to do Airbnb in tel Aviv.
Lounge staff are very nice however as a Marriott Ambassador there is nothing good about this hotel to ever make me come back.
My kid was not well so I modified my stay for a day less. The staff charged me for the final day yet it was early morning when I notified Them. No remorse just business first. A severe lack of emotional intelligence. Ambassador status means nothing here.
Most hotels allow you a plus one in the lounge but tel Aviv hotels seem to think it’s not right for this and don’t allow. Their excuse is that the room is only booked for one person. No where in the world does this happen apart from tel Aviv.
Pool is closed yet the weather is 25 degrees. Open it all year and stop being lazy . Gym has been revamped however it has missing equipment to have a full work out. The hotel defines lazy. Sheraton you can do better.
Food- average.
Location- amazing however you could just stay anywhere else near it for half the price.
Marriott - sort your hotels out here. 500 dollars a night for the Sheraton ? It’s not worth 75 dollars.
I’d like to recognize Anna, Anastasia, and Marlyn at the 18th Floor Club for providing exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. Anna was especially welcoming and made sure every detail was taken care of, while Anastasia and Marlyn consistently demonstrated professionalism and genuine hospitality throughout our visit.
Their teamwork, positive attitudes, and attention to detail truly elevated our experience. They represent Marriott with excellence and made our time at the 18th Floor Club memorable. We sincerely appreciate their outstanding service and look forward to seeing them again on our next visit.
From arrival to departure, the experience at the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv was defined by professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine hospitality. At every level, the staff demonstrated a clear focus on promptly and thoughtfully elevating the guest experience. There was no sense of routine or obligation—only enthusiasm and positive energy.
The front desk team set the tone immediately. They were efficient, welcoming, and notably upbeat. That same demeanor carried through to room service, where requests were handled quickly and delivered with the same professionalism and warmth.
The culinary experience deserves particular recognition. The 18th floor lounge is absolutely worth the additional expense. Beyond the panoramic views, the food was consistently excellent—well-prepared, thoughtfully curated, and refreshed regularly. The main floor restaurants were equally impressive, delivering high-quality dishes that consistently hit top notes in flavor and presentation.
Anastassiya at the lounge reception exemplified outstanding customer service. She was flexible, understanding, and solutions-oriented—resolving questions or requests quickly and without friction. Her professionalism made a noticeable difference in the overall experience.
In the evenings, Ana brought warmth and personality to the lounge environment. She was friendly, attentive, and clearly took pride in creating an inviting atmosphere.
Marlyn in the kitchen deserves special acknowledgment as well. The menu felt dynamic and intentional—constantly evolving, consistently delicious, and executed with care. It reflected both creativity and operational excellence.
Overall, this property succeeds because of its people. The facility and location are strong, but it is the staff—enthusiastic, capable, and guest-focused—that make the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv stand out. I would not hesitate to return.
I travel frequently and have been an Ambassador for 10 consecutive years. This hotel had the best run club lounge I have been to so far. Adam, the manager, made sure th service and food we top notch every day. The staff was absolutely incredible!
The hospitality, kindness and quality of service was one of a kind! Everyone, from the reception, the personnel in the lounge, to the restaurant manager and to room service was extremely professional, welcoming and did a wonderful job! Anastasia, Yaron, Anna, Davi, and Tom were some of the names I wrote down - they are all amazing! The food served was all natural and fresh, not to mention the flavors - fantastic! I had the best tea I have ever tasted in the lounge: ginger and lemongrass with a perfect balance! The hotel is beautiful, spotless and comfortable with a gorgeous view of the beach and the harbor. Everything is tasteful and beautiful. My absolute favorite was the shower, if you know, you know! I am looking forward to returning and reliving the fantastic experience I had!

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv, and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with comfortable rooms, stunning sea views, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home the moment you arrive.
What truly made my stay unforgettable was the outstanding staff including Davi, Elena and Adan in the club lounge. They provided exceptional service with a smile, really made us feel like “family” during our stay!
