Localização e conforto ideal
Pros:

Localização perfeita. Tem muito metrô perto, a pouquíssimos passos. Linha de ônibus na frente. Lojas incríveis por perto e ao lado do hotel o Mercado Nacional que foi uma grande surpresa no bom sentido.
O hotel serve das 19:00 às 20:00 vinho e tapas de graça. Também dispõe de uns snacks pela manhã (donuts, etc). Café e água estão a disposição o que ajuda demais os viajantes. Quarto muito bom, banheiro e chuveiro excelente.

Great location and facilities, but the reception service significantly affected the overall experience.
Pros:

- Superb location.
- The housekeeping staff was energetic, friendly, considerate, and attentive to detail. Best housekeeping so far.
- The onsite lounge was a great touch, especially with the coffee machine and milk available for guests.
- The room was spacious and very comfortable.

Cons:

- The reception staff during check-in (an older guy present at the reception around 5–6 PM on 9 May) was very moody/grumpy, unfriendly, and unwelcoming.
- The same reception staff kept the automatic entrance door locked during the daytime and was not always present at the counter. We had to wait outside in the rain until another guest saw us and helped open the door from the inside.

نزلنا في غرفه 303 الاطلالة كانت جميله على الشارع الرئيسي الفندق صغير لكن موقعه مثالي و نظيف وتفوح منه رائحه جميله الصابون والعطور في اللوبي تستقبلك والموظفين متعاونين ومبتسمين لطيفين عند عمل التشيك ان لم تشتغل بطاقه البنك وبكل لطف موظفه الاستقبال اعطتني كرت الغرفه وقالت عند الخروج يتم الدفع لا مشكله .. الغرفه نظيفه ومرتبه يتم تنظيفها يومياً تحتوي على جهاز قهوة لم نستخدمة لانه يوجد لاونج مفتوح 24 ساعه متوفر فيه القهوة والشاي والماء طوال الوقت .. الغرفه تعتبر صغيرة نسبياً لكن تفي بالغرض لشخصين .. دوره المياه مفصله بشكل مختلف حيث ان الشاور منفصل ومستقل عن كرسي الحمام

GREAT place to stay in Barcelona!
Pros:

We LOVED this hotel! The location is perfect; the service is outstanding; the rooms are comfortable; everything is very clean; and, they have a complimentary happy hour. We would definitely stay here again. We walked to the Sagrada Familia from the hotel and also walked to the Mercat de la Boqueria. Great tapas restaurant a block or so away (Tapa, Tapa).
