Pros:

Emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment génial, vous avez tous les grands restaurants à proximité. C’est très pratique pour bouger dans la ville.

Niveau literie, le côté de mon couchage était assez creux

Pros:

The location is amazing and the rooms are big enough to place all your luggage. The bed was huge and there was always coffee available in the lobby. There is a free happy hour each day at 19:00 which is super nice as well!!

Cons:

There were not enough hooks to hang the shower towels, and a place to put your things around the sink, but definitely not something that ruined our vacation ;)

Pros:

Konumu çok iyiydi. Personel yardımsever ve güler yüzlü idi. Tekrar Barselona ya gidersem kalmak için tercih ederim. Çoğu yere yürüme mesafesinde.

Müthiş bir deneyim
Pros:

İlgili, güler yüzlü çalışanlar var. Otel temiz ve çok şık. Konumu ise harika, önündeki metro istasyonları ile her yere barselonada görülecek birçok yere rahatlıkla gidebilirsiniz. Ayrıca catalunya meydanına ve la rambla ya da çok yakın. Cok beğendik.

hiermit möchte ich mich offiziell über die Zustände in meinem Hotelzimmer sowie über das Verhalten des Personals beschweren.

Als wir im Hotel ankamen und das Zimmer betraten, war sofort ein sehr starker Chlorgeruch wahrnehmbar. Zunächst dachte ich, dies sei normal, da offenbar kurz vor unserer Ankunft gereinigt wurde. Als wir uns jedoch hinlegten, wurde schnell klar, dass es sich nicht um einen normalen Reinigungsgeruch handelte.

Zusätzlich stellten wir fest, dass die Fenster komplett nass waren – nicht nur beschlagen, sondern richtig durchnässt. Sogar der Boden war deutlich nass. Der intensive Geruch war unangenehm und aus meiner Sicht gesundheitlich bedenklich.

Daraufhin ging ich umgehend zur Rezeption und schilderte das Problem. Ein Mitarbeiter kam mit mir auf das Zimmer. Seine Reaktion war für mich völlig unverständlich:
Er sagte, es sei „normal“, dass die Fenster so nass seien, wenn es draußen kalt ist, und behauptete außerdem, er könne keinen starken Geruch wahrnehmen. Ich wies ihn darauf hin, dass es sich um giftige Dämpfe handeln könnte und bat um ein anderes Zimmer.

Diese Bitte wurde jedoch strikt abgelehnt mit der Begründung, dass wir das Bett bereits benutzt hätten. Wörtlich sagte er, er werde uns kein neues Zimmer geben und wenn uns das nicht passe, sollten wir uns ein anderes Hotel suchen. Danach verließ er das Zimmer.

Etwa fünf Minuten später kam er erneut, diesmal mit einer Reinigungskraft. Diese entschuldigte sich und erklärte, das Zimmer rieche nur deshalb so stark, weil sie mit einem sehr intensiven Waschmittel bzw. starkem Chlor gereinigt habe.

Diese Situation war für uns äußerst unangenehm und nicht akzeptabel – sowohl wegen der unzumutbaren Zimmerbedingungen als auch wegen des respektlosen und wenig hilfsbereiten Umgangs des Personals.

Best Location
Pros:

Great Location between Casa Batllo and Plaça Cataluña. Almost everywhere by foot. Nice Road full of shops. Safe. Hotel clean. Very big bed with good mattress and pillows. Nice cosy area with free coffee tea and water 24/7 and happy hour every day between 7-8 with free drinks and snack. Excellent personnel always there to support ! 🙏
