Excellent accueil. Accepte les animaux de compagnie. Couchage très confortable, chambre très propre et confortable . Le personnel est très agréable et très à l'écoute.

Hotel SIN ASCENSOR con habitaciones en planta superior, sin servicio nocturno y, contrariamente a lo acordado con el hotel, no nos prepararon desayuno para llevar. Personal de servicio desaparecido cuando se intentaba contactar.

Très beau séjour. Très bon hôtel. Personnel super.

Nous sommes français. Nous venons venons à Grosseto pour la 5eme fois.
Cette hôtel est vraiment magnifique pour ce qui est de l’accueil.
Petit déjeuner vraiment délicieux et très varié.
Sinon machine distributeur de café à 0,60€ le café pas cher du tout.
Personnel parlant anglais français italien.
Possibilité de mettre son sac de congélation au frais et des bouteilles d’eau congélateur pour le départ le lendemain.
Je recommande cet établissement.
Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil.
J’y reviendrai avec plaisir et sans hésiter.

All'arrivo la sera dopo una lunga giornata di viaggio e mare, scopriamo, con delle scuse sostenute dello staff discordanti tra di loro , che la stanza non era disponibile per noi (due adulti e 3 bambini) causa overbooking/rottura tubazione ecc. Nonostante la conferma tramite telefonata il giorno prima e email lo stesso giorno di arrivo. Inviati in altro albergo della stessa categoria con tutti i disagi del caso.

Personale molto gentile.
Purtroppo esperienza non positiva in questo caso.
