Pros:

The room with beautiful view (4.floor), quite. There is a possibility to rent a motorbike. Next to the hotel pleasant cafe.

Nice place for a last-minute book and stay.
Pros:

We were stranded late in the day due to heavy road widening work on the way to our chosen destination, Sin Suối Hồ, and it was a nice to find an alternative at Minh Sơn Hotel. It's off the main road, so quiet. Few or no other guests at the place gave it all to ourselves.

Cons:

Forgot to check about a non-smoking room and an elderly woman fellow traveller with allergies or sensitivities was put off by the lingering stench of tobacco smoke in the room she and her husband stayed in. We didn't bother to ask for a room change, so no aspersion on the property
