Pros:

The staff here are so kind and always greet you with a smile. We had a very comfortable and spacious room that was cleaned thoroughly every day. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety, and the coffee was excellent as well. 👍🏻🩵

Cons:

Quite a high service charge of 21%. Haven’t experienced that at the other hotels.

Pros:

Great location with everything conveniently close by. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

The only thing that could make the hotel even better is better soundproofing in the rooms.

Pros:

Location, Staff service is excellent (one of the best in Bali, even beating 5+ resorts), room is nice and can be totally dark if you like. breakfast is amazing, complete selection and well prepared

Cons:

Hotels are rather small, didnt realize in the picture, and swimming pool is quite small. So it would be a place to sleep and breakfast. Showers are not really good, the water pressure is not to our likings, and the built-in bidet is not exist in the room

Pros:

We frequent at Kanvaz and always return. The staff are amazing, the property is lovely and super comfortable, food is always delicious and location is perfect. I always find myself back at Kanvaz after trying new places.

Cons:

First time staying in the non lagoon room, there’s some wear and tear but ultimately still super comfortable and clean !

My favorite part of staying at the property was the entire staff. They were so helpful and always going the extra mile

Cons:

I’m unable to have dairy, and I don’t eat chicken, pork, or beef fish is my only animal protein. I would love to see more fish and dairy-free options available. Since fresh milk is used in so many dishes and beverages, offering alternatives such as almond, oat, or coconut milk would make a significant difference for guests with dietary restrictions like mine and provide much more variety.
