Fantastic stay!
Pros:

Loved everything! Fantastic service, breakfast, pool and room quality. Great Seminyak location if you're happy not staying on the beach. The Valet were also very attentive coming in and out via taxi which felt very safe - something which (though we travelled in a group) is good to not for solo travellers.

Cons:

Minor notes but a master on/off light switch in the bedrooms would be great and an umbrella option for the pool beds.

Beautiful and relaxing hotel
Pros:

We had Lagoon access room, it was perfect our 8 day stay. The room was spacious and well presented, bed was comfortable. Breaking was amazing, huge variety of food and drinks. The highlight of the hotel was the beautiful staff. They are all so friendly and always greet you a smile and happy greetings. Plenty of great restaurants, spas and little shopping marts nearby. It was about a 10 minute walk to beach.

Staff are always amazing here I love the rooftop and the breakfast

Cons:

Stayed in the balcony rooms and found the walls are really thin and I could hear the next room talking all night and walking around above me. You can also hear people talking on their balconies so if you want an early night maybe not for you. Also the bed was really hard need mattress toppers. The pool is a bit awkward to swim in if you don’t get a lagoon room because you’re swimming infront of people’s balcony bit with only a few sun loungers available if you don’t have lagoon access

Pros:

The property was clean and the pool was definitely amazing. Having breakfast on the pool terrace was a lovely way to start the day. The variety at breakfast was exceptionally good.
