The shuttle service was quick! I only waited five mins :)
The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was kind. There is a convenience store in the lobby.
The shower had low water pressure. There was a line for the Bellhop and my Uber was waiting outside. I didn't want to cancel my Uber and so had no choice but to drag my luggage along w/ me :((
The fee for parking was ridiculous $60

The breakfast is a bit confusing.
Just wanted to take the time to give a shout out to one of the servers/waiter here at one of the restaurants for breakfast, Antonio M. He was hands down one of the best servers I’ve had in such a long time. He was so welcoming and kind, it felt like we were his family. He was so attentive and refilled our drinks multiple times, asked us if we needed anything and checked up on us the perfect amount of times. I hope his management and team can see this review and reward/acknowledge him - I’m not sure they realize what a gem he is! I will remember this trip/hotel specifically because of his service.
Walking distance to and from airport and path the entire way, takes about 20 mins with case.
Fantastic 24 hour gym. Pool. Big rooms. Quick check in. Great for being close to airport. A few places to eat nearby but not really any shops/supermarkets nearby.
The onsite shop is useful as there is nothing nearby, however it’s extortionate. $6 plus tax for 400ml bottle of milk, just no need.
The staff was friendly.
It took an hour for the shuttle to arrive around 9 at night. Then once we got to our room on the 8 th floor there was such loud music coming from the pool area 8 floors below that we definitely couldn’t ignore. The music didn’t stop until after 11 pm. I called 3 times to complain. It was Friday night but we only had a few hours to sleep before our next flight. There were a pile of old used towels in the closet!
