Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in attesa di un volo il mattino dopo. Troppo poco per dare giudizi. Lo staff è molto accogliente, camera pulita e soprattutto la colazione, compresa nel prezzo, di buona qualità e varietà. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente.

It was ok but I’d rather stay somewhere who have friendly staff.
Pros:

It’s convenient for flying. It’s clean all through out the building to our bedroom.

Cons:

While the property itself is spotless, the services weren’t good and the staff were not helpful. It’s not convenient when you have several luggages and bags coz they don’t allow guest to use their trolleys. Only a bell staff can do it, meaning you have to tip. I think every single service requires tipping, including parking because they only use valet parking. I can drive and park my own car.

Booked one thing and got another with a bonus of bad service
Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience. I booked through Booking.com with payment due at the property. My credit card had been compromised and was replaced before my trip. The hotel apparently tried to run the old card, it declined, and they canceled my reservation without notifying me. Booking.com still showed my reservation as confirmed.

After flying from Oregon to Los Angeles, my husband, son, and I arrived around 11:00 p.m. only to be told we no longer had a room. I had even called ahead to let them know our flight was delayed, and no one mentioned the cancellation. Instead, I was told everything could be fixed at check-in.

The first front desk employee showed no empathy and simply said that declined cards are automatically canceled. Thankfully, another employee spoke with a manager and reinstated our reservation.

Unfortunately, the replacement room was not what I booked. Instead of a room that slept three with a sofa bed, we were given a much smaller accessible room with only one king bed. One employee insisted three adults could simply share the bed and initially wanted to charge us extra for a cot. Another employee, Randy, was wonderful and brought us a cot at no charge. He was the only bright spot in the experience.

Despite paying for a larger room, we never received what we reserved, and the front desk showed little interest in making it right. Poor communication, poor customer service, and a frustrating way to start our vacation.

Pros:

The airport shuttle

Cons:

The food at dinner was dry, overcooked and really expensive. The breakfast was the same and practically the same cost we paid for the 4 of us. The pool was dirty with peeling paint, broken sun loungers and loads of debris on the pool floor. Above all though - the staff at reception were so rude and not helpful :-(

A pleasant weekend.
Pros:

The service was excellent. The food was delicious. I enjoyed having my own thermostat in the room so I could set the temperature to what I desired. I would stay here again and recommend other people stay here.

Cons:

I had a few tiny things I would change. I would have preferred thicker bed sheets as I did get a little cold at night. My room was not very soundproof. I could hear a family arguing late at night. But these didn't hinder my stay and I would still come back to this hotel.

Close to airport free shuttle

Next door on our room where people smoking weed in the middle of the night.. the smoke cominy thru exhaust vent on our bathroom.We report it and we move out to the room . So much hassle to move on the other room in the middle of the night
