Pros:

The reception staff was great and they offered me a little early check in. The hotel is good located and has a beautiful decoration with orchids in the hall.

Cons:

When I needed a comb, I called to receptionist, they sent me one and they also called me after a few minutes to confirm and I told them I didn’t receive the comb, and nobody came also later.

Good value, clean comfortable and extremely convenient
Pros:

It was near the airport and had a shuttle. It was clean and comfortable, not too expensive.
The staff were kind and professional. I thought the restaurant had charged us double for dinner because I saw €174 debited from my husband’s account. Anthony in the restaurant and the front desk staff looked into it and then explained it was the $200 deposit that would be returned. I felt a bit silly but the staff didn’t make us feel silly.

Made my short trip memorable.
Pros:

The staff is very attentive, helpful, approachable, but not able to get their names.
The room is so comfy and clean and i love the towels for some reason.

The pillows for me it's not comfy.
