When I wanted to check in the hotel, I had a very serious problem with the night manager . His name is Christopher Edmun. He did everything not to give us a room. I had booked my room through Booking.com. He told me that I can not check in that night. ( You can find out the details with a booking.com agent)
I kindly asked him to give me his booking.com contact info and he told me that he did not have it. Then I saw the 1-800 number on his white board in his office.
He was so unprofessional and disrespectful.
I would like to file a complain about him. He made me wait in the lobby for more than one hour. Thanks to Booking.com agent . He took care of it and let me check in the room.

Sparkling well-run airport hotel with tons of amenities and accommodating staff!
Pros:

This place has really come a long way since we stayed here in 2022 when they were renovating it. Everything now sparkles and is well organized. The front desk was extremely accommodating and warm. Special shout to Kimberly for helping us use our Titanium perk to find a room where my companion and I could sleep with a partition separating us so my snoring wouldn’t wake him. Our Titanium status even scored us buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The club lounge was well stocked with snacks and drinks, and offered lots of clean and comfy tables and chairs to work or just watch the planes fly by while sipped coffee. Great gym with plenty of newish equipment. Beautiful swimming pool area, and many filtered water filling stations throughout the hotel. We will totally stay here again when visiting family who lives near the airport!
