Great stay experience
Pros:

This location is spectacular! I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve never had any issues. Front desk agents are very nice and willing to help with any questions. On my last stay which was on 05/16 front desk agent Maricruz assisted me and she was delightful! I am a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite member, and I am able to request upgrades based upon availability. Maricruz was kind enough and upgraded me to an executive suite on the 10th floor with a beautiful pool view. The room itself was amazing, comfortable bed, pillows, great water pressure, and very spacious. I am looking forward to staying at the Sheraton LAX very soon. Thank you for the amazing hospitality!

Pros:

Very close to the airport and the shuttle service was very good and valuable. The room was nice and big with two queen beds, ideal for my family. Check in service was smooth. They had a power outage in the city at the time I checked in, but the staff still facilitated my early check-in which was much appreciated after a 24 hour long flight with kids.

Cons:

Wish there were more restaurants around.

Experience has diminished a bit

I've stayed at this hotel at least three times now. I do recommend this hotel, however this last visit was not the same experience as my first time.

Hotel room: While our room was nice and clean, when we walked in, it smelled as if someone had used the bathroom (#2) and left a stench in the room. That's not what I expect to experience upon walking into a hotel room where the first thing you want to do is jump on the bed and take a nap after a long trip! Instead I was searching for the miniature Lysol spray to freshen up the scent in the room.

Parking: I know this is MY FAULT for not properly searching Sheraton website for valet parking fees. I did a quick Google search and went with the ~$35 price that AI came back with. Even so, I want to call out that we were charged $82 for valet, uncovered parking, while being there for literally 13-14 hours!!!! Not a complete days worth of parking. That seems more than a little ridiculous.

Llegariamos a la madrugada y pedimos una cuna para mi hija al momento de reservar , se le recordó al equipo horas antes de que llegáramos .
Llegamos a la 1 am y no había cuna , no hubo respuesta del hotel , al momento de irnos únicamente nos dieron una disculpa

The minute I sat at the bar, a non-guest started a conversation, which was very uncomfortable.
Pros:

Stuff was professional but cold

Cons:

Room TV was damaged , lamp was broken and dirty when we check in . Body wash empty ,room did not feel fresh and clean . Pool and lobby loud .
