Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß und schön, und die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral. Wir haben sehr oft Uber genutzt, da es sehr günstig war. Insgesamt würde ich die Lage des Hotels auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir während unseres Aufenthalts ein Problem im Zimmer. Jeden Abend zu einer bestimmten Uhrzeit funktionierte das Lichtsystem im Zimmer nicht mehr. Das war sehr störend. Bereits am ersten Tag haben wir dieses Problem an der Rezeption gemeldet. Jeden Abend kam dann jemand aus der IT-Abteilung und hat das Problem vorübergehend behoben.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren leider nicht besonders hilfsbereit. Uns wurde täglich gesagt, dass das Problem im System eingetragen wurde, die IT-Abteilung sich jedoch darum kümmern müsse.

Wir mussten uns jedoch jeden Tag erneut an der Rezeption beschweren. Am letzten Tag vor unserer Abreise kam schließlich der Manager zu uns, um sich unser Anliegen anzuhören. Er bot uns an, in ein anderes Zimmer umzuziehen. Allerdings fanden wir es sehr unpraktisch, am letzten Tag vor der Abreise noch einmal alle Sachen zu packen und das Zimmer zu wechseln. Eine andere Lösung oder ein Entgegenkommen wurde uns leider nicht angeboten. Das fanden wir sehr schade, besonders von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie.

Man hätte verschiedene Alternativen anbieten können, zumindest eine angemessene Entschuldigung. Außerdem mussten wir jeden Abend einen fremden Mann ins Zimmer lassen, damit das Lichtsystem repariert werden konnte, was sehr unangenehm und störend war. Vorallem wird auf sowas in Doha sehr geachtet.

Am Abreisetag bot uns die Rezeptionistin zum ersten Mal an, eine Brunch-Tüte mitzunehmen. Das fanden wir ehrlich gesagt etwas lächerlich. Wir fragten, ob man uns nicht anderweitig entgegenkommen könne, zum Beispiel mit einem kostenlosen Transfer zum Flughafen. Nach einigem Nachfragen und Überprüfen wurde uns dieser schließlich gewährt.

Insgesamt fanden wir es sehr schade, wie mit der Situation umgegangen wurde. Leider hatten wir während unseres Aufenthalts das Gefühl, dort nicht wirklich willkommen zu sein.

Pros:

Skvělá komunikace na recepci, úžasné jídlo, krásný apartmán prostorný, skvělá kuchyň. Byli jsme tam ve válečném konfliktu ale hotel se o nás krásně postaral celou dobu jsme se cítili v rámci možností bezpečně. Hotel dělal maximum co šlo. Moc doporučuji !! Lokalita perfektní, pláž zadarmo taky moc hezká.

My stay was simply wonderful! 💛 From the very first contact, I was welcomed with so much kindness, patience, and genuine care. You can truly see how much attention they give to every guest.

The apartment was spotless extremely clean, organized, and very well maintained. Every detail reflects the dedication and effort to provide comfort and a pleasant experience. I felt safe, welcomed, and completely at home.

The hospitality was one of the highlights for me. They were always attentive, helpful, and incredibly polite. It’s rare to find a place where you feel such genuine care and respect.

I absolutely loved my stay from beginning to end! It was peaceful, comfortable, and truly special. I would definitely come back a thousand times and highly recommend it!
