اللذي اعجبني هو استقبال السيدة صفا بالرسبشن كان استقبالها مريح ولقد حلت لي مشكلة في خطأ بالحجز عن طريق بوكنق بسراحة انسانة راااائعة جدا و محترمة ومميزة في اسلوبها وتواضعها شكرا جزيلا لها رغم ان زميلها رفض حل مشكلتي بل كان متكبرا لدرجة انني قلت سوف اشتكي في بوكنق والشكوى ستكون عليك ماهو اسمك بكل استهانه اشار على اسمه وقال هذا اسمي (علما انني لا اريد ذكر اسمة ) وهي تعمل على حل مشكلتي رئيته وهو يغمز لها بطريقة ان لا تساعديه ولكنها تجاهلتة و قامت بعمها بكل مهنية و اخلاص لعملها والمكان اللذي تعمل به اكرر شكري لها ولو بيدي لكتبت بها اشعار بالموظفه المخلصة ابتسامتها وقيامها بواجبها على اكمل وجه يشجعني للسكن في فندقهم بل يجعلني اسوق له . اما زميلها السيد (_____) اللذي وقف ضد حل مشكلتي بل تعمد تصعيبها فانا لا اريد ذكر اسمه احترام لزميلته السيدة صفا .

Exceptional Staff Service
Pros:

The rooms are very good. Breakfast is very good very helpful staff like Avinesh and Desmond. Avinesh always gone extra mile to keep us happy. Thank u Soo Soo much for that. Hotel should have the staff like him. Front Office Tariq is also very helpful guy really friendly. Martin Bell Boy also helped us a lot. Thank you Tariq and Martin for ur exceptional service. Love u guys. 😘

but the hotel should install smart tvs as we ran here and there to bring the laptop and HDMI cable to watch YouTube.

Been a customer at Centara for years. The last stay was not good
Cons:

The AC was not working and the room was super hot and the curtains were broken and I couldn’t close them. The AC was spilling water on the kitchen surface and spoiled my juice

عند الوصول مبكر لم تكن متوفره الغرفه وطلبوا دفع 200 ريال للوصول المبكر وطلبو منا اخذ غرفه اقل لحين تجهيز الغرفه مع التعب والاجهاد بعد السفر

A wonderful and comfortable stay with amazing service and friendly staff. Highly recommended!
Pros:

Everything was perfect! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our experience.

Cons:

The only suggestion I have is regarding the ladies-only pool hours. It’s a wonderful idea and one of the things we really appreciated. It would be even better if the ladies-only hours could be extended, for example from 6 AM to 4 PM or from 10 AM to 6 PM, so guests can enjoy the pool for longer during the day.
