Pros:

My stay was simply wonderful! 💛 From the very first contact, I was welcomed with so much kindness, patience, and genuine care. You can truly see how much attention they give to every guest.

The apartment was spotless extremely clean, organized, and very well maintained. Every detail reflects the dedication and effort to provide comfort and a pleasant experience. I felt safe, welcomed, and completely at home.

The hospitality was one of the highlights for me. They were always attentive, helpful, and incredibly polite. It’s rare to find a place where you feel such genuine care and respect.

I absolutely loved my stay from beginning to end! It was peaceful, comfortable, and truly special. I would definitely come back a thousand times and highly recommend it!

Pros:

Breakfast was amazing, and so was all the staff that worked there.
The 3 bed appartment was very large and well equipped.

Cons:

The basins kept clogging.
The room wasnt made until 5 pm in the evening (day time housekeeping was not done promptly).
They needed reminders.

Pros:

Tolle Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis, nettes Personal und bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Sehe sauber, jedoch ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und könnte einige Erneuerungen brauchen.

Pros:

The location and the availability of parking spaces

Cons:

The mattress quality should be improved, the bathroom lacked of some equipment, the water of the sink in the toilet was cold. The sensor of the lights wasn’t working properly. The breakfast should be more diversified and improved . It is a five star hotel but it doesn’t match all the criteria

Pros:

Tesisin konumu çok iyiydi ve çalışanlardan özellikle resepsiyondaki Aya hanım bizimle çok ilgilendi.

Cons:

Odamızı ısıtamadık teknisyen geldi yaptım dedi ama olmadı. Bir de kapıya asmamıza rağmen temizlik yapılmamıştı. Resepsiyona söylemek zorunda kaldık.
