الإقامة كانت جميلة راح اكرر التجربة ان شاءالله 😍

المكان جميل جدا و مريح 😍 والإطلالة خيال و مساحة الغرف حلوة و في كل أدوات المطبخ وغسالة الملابس

Cons:

النظافة جيدة بس يحتاج تركيز اكثر في نظافة الشراشف و الأرضيات
و الماء من الحمام يسرب لبرا الحمام لازم يحطونً حاجز للباب

تعامل موظفة الاستقبال صفا كانت جدا طيوبة و رحبت فينا بكل اهتمام 🤍😍

تعامل موظفة المسبح كانت من الجنسية الفلبينية تعاملها جدا سئ سالتها انه احتاج سليبر كلمتني بأسلوب سيئ وقالت لا تسأليني عن شي مافي شي تبين شي جيبي من غرفتج !! أتمنى من الفندق يتعامل مع هالموظفة بشكل حازم

الفطور ما كان بوفيه توقعت بوفية وخاب أملي والأكل ما كان متنوع الصراحة وماعندهم عصاير فريش 😕

Annual dinner party hosted by Pal family at Dalchini restaurant,Centara WestBay Hotel on 11th June 2026
Pros:

We celebrated our annual dinner here with friends, and the Dalchini restaurant met all our expectations. The atmosphere struck the perfect balance of lively and elegant. They had customised the dinner menu for us, starting from a welcome lemon and mint drink to the main course dish, Fresh Indian mutton Biryani, to Gulab Jamun, and all of us, including all my family and their families, were incredibly impressed by the quality and the generous portions. A massive thank you to all the staff, BALWANT, ANWAR, RAKASH, ABIR, ARYA, DASMONT, PRAKASH, and SIMRON, for taking such great care of our group. Although it was Arya's happy birthday, she still worked with full dedication with a big smile on her face. The full team worked hard to meet the expectations of our guests from the beginning to the end. A flawless 5-star experience.

والشقة واسعة ونظيفة والاطلالة حلوة والموظفين مبتسمين ومتعاونين
احب اشكر موظف الاستقبال جنسيته مغربي واتوقع اسمه مروان والله مو متأكدة من الاسم
جداً انسان راقي ومحترم ومتعاون.
