Pros:

La ubicación perfecta, personal amable, limpieza 10/10.

Cons:

Habíamos solicitado una habitación que decía "vistas al lago" y lo único que teníamos era vista a un techo de un edificio aledaño al hotel.

No nos agradó, es que había personas fumando justo en la entrada del hotel y se agradece que sea al aire libre y no dentro de las instalaciones, pero también nos pareció excesivo que estuvieran todo el día desde la mañana hasta la noche fumando justo en la entrada.

WONDERFUL
Pros:

EVERYTHING!!! This time we ate at the restaurant in the hotel. What a good choice the food was hot, and very good and tasteful. It was 9 of us and the waitress and the chef was amazing. The staff here has always been great. I appreciate the good service.

Cons:

I’ve stayed here before and the staff and the facility has always been pleasant and enjoyable. I’ve never had to complain. It’s in the right radius for the conference that is hosted by UPCI.

All as expected. Price was fair, bed and pillows were excellent, and large screen TV a plus!
Pros:

Breakfast was hot, price was fair, and service was quick 1/1/2026. My wife and I. Our server was open and friendly.
