The hotel is cold and needs a
Make over. Things just need replacement and renovation. The personell is generally friendly.
I left my eyeglasses in my room and staff was completely unwilling to help me retrieve them before I left Alaska.
Lost eyeglasses, staff was completely unhelpful helping me to find them.
On arrival I was asked for my credit card and since my daughter in law booked the room it was under her card. I gave them my card and was assured that it would ONLY be billed to my card. They billed us both. I stayed here on an emergency situation since my husband was admitted to Alaska Regional Hospital and we do not live in Alaska.
Now we have to go through the trouble of getting a refund, which is not easy
Also I should mention the coffee pot in the room did not work
Nice shower and bed.
I felt like I was judged immediately for not being dressed up. I was talked to like I didn't have money and I didn't belong there. Terrible customer service. Made me feel less than honestly.
Sue was awesome front desk, responsive and friendly and helpful!! She helped me get my parking tickets for the 40th annual Diabetes conference and helped assist our teams with many other needs! Thank you to the whole staff, you guys are incredible at this event every single time!!
After all the visits to the Anchorage Sheraton, it remains the same. Awesome place, awesome people ,

Great drinks and ambience ! But the best part was Shawayne! She recommended the best rosé and the best place to see the Northern lights, she made my evening !
Sheraton Anchorage has breakfast @ Jade daily from 6am to 11am with dinner option at Ptarmigan from 3pm to 11pm. They also have great views.
Being from Las Vegas I enjoyed the quietness and comfort ! Staff was very pleasant and polite food was amazing overall experience was great!
Lyn was very amazing! Gave me a medicine from 1st aid kit that I really needed. Also helped me break a change for driver tips. Thank you so much for everything. Wonderful people. See you again when I come back in Anchorage.

Great hotel in downtown Anchorage Sheraton has both a great location and staff. Especially, Lyn who went above and beyond to help us with a confusing check-in situation and lost luggage. I highly recommend!
Decent stay, but few things could be improved like wifi. Lyn went phenomenal great stay overall. Would definitely come back!
As soon as I walked in the host sarah was absolutely amazing. Lucy the bartender what a doll. I ordered smash burger and Jennifer went above and beyond making sure everything was correct. I spoke with a shawayne I believe is the supervisor heard he rooting for my sports team and asked would I like to sit in front of t.v. and walked my drink and placed coaster to make sure I was comfortable while here at sheraton I give a 10 stars if I could.
