Pros:

The room was very clean, quality fittings and fixtures, beautiful Asian Style furniture and comfortable. Love the under floor heating in the bathroom. That was a special touch. The location is also very tranquil and relaxing. Just what we needed after all day out in town.

Cons:

Faultless. Rather just a suggestion, leaving some plates, cutlery (nothing fancy) just forks and knives, 2 wine glasses and maybe a small microwave in the room would just be perfect. We arrived late and needed some food as take away but there were no plates in the room or cutlery in the room.

Great base for visiting the Blue Mountains
Pros:

Spacious patio overlooking landscaped gardens. Shared kitchen area with microwave, but no other cooking facilities. Fairly large room. Oriental design.

Cons:

No daily housekeeping without additional fee, but not really an issue for our 2 night stay. Tea towel in the shared kitchen would be good.
