Never again.
Pros:

First room had a broken door. The second room had a broken fridge, which was replaced , and a bathtub that did not drain. Despite us staying at Hilton for 2 nights and 3 staff members stating someone would fix the tub, it was never fixed Shiwers resulted in standing in a tub of dirty water.

Cons:

Broken door, broken fridge. Mon-draining bathtub. Staff stating things would be fixed when they were not. I also did not like that no one said parking was not included, that parking was in some private garage, and that breakfast was in a private restaurant. As well, the breakfast that was possible was thawed frozen, cheap food. This was a terrible Hilton.

Great hotel central to all the action
Pros:

Dont get the bashing this place gets, but the best hotel in Billings. Right smack in downtown Billings. On 11th floor very clean room and quiet. Breakfast was exceptional

Cons:

Parking can be difficult to figure.out with all the onenways. But minor

Cons:

After almost 2 hours the kitchen could not produce a Cobb salad for me for dinner. The bar tender comped my wine but my dinner consisted of some snack foods that I had in my car.

Pros:

Check in person was awful and rude, and after being diamond with Hilton for 10 years I am just sick of Hilton’s horrible service and lack of appreciation for customers. The check in person was just rude. I will never book at this property again.

Pros:

Good location downtown...walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Bar and restaurant in hotel wee decent.

Cons:

First room I got, 919, had a strong smoky smell. Asked for a different room...got 519, was better but still smoky. Also there were long dark hairs on the bathroom floor. Was given the explanation that rooms on that side of the hotel used to be smoking rooms, and that the brick walls held the smell. Finally got the manager at the front desk and she upgraded me to 1619 and that was better.

This a very comfortable and well-run hotel in the heart of the entertainment district in downtown Billings. The rooms are spacious, the amenities are generous, and the staff is pleasant and attentive.
